Ordered nibblerz meal with no Zax sauce and extra fries as it hurts my stomach, all of them drowning in the sauce. Pictured is after I scraped it all off. Did not have extra fries in the container, I was given some from my boyfriends meal. Ordered a boneless wings and things and received bone in wings. The receipt had everything correct but none of the order was.
This was my first time to try this place.There were a lot of cars in line and the order taking was slow.Among some other sides, since I was craving some fried chicken I ordered the 8pc original recipe bucket after making sure with the hostess that it would in fact be crispy without added sauce on top. When I got the food home and unpacked the meal, quess what, they had given me the chicken with some sort of bbq sauce on it. I was very disappointed and didn't care for the flavor so I didn't eat the chicken. Good thing I ordered some fries and a side of fried mushrooms, which were both ok, but I probably won't go back to Zaxby's again. I think they were too busy and the orders got mixed up because of that, however, the wait staff were pleasant and friendly and that counts for something in my book. Hence the 3 stars instead of one.
Good food, but they were out of Coleslaw. Seems as we will have to accept some food items are getting harder to obtain, be prepared for outages at food establishments, and grocers.
Facility bathroom is bad. The sink is t dripping, it's running and appears to have been for a very long time as the sink is destroyed from it. If you can't be bothered to fix the sink wasting water and causing damage, I'm afraid to see how you care for the kitchen. Won't eat at this location again. Yuck ?
Crackehead chicken wings and enough sugar in the sweet tea to give an elephant diabetes.....spicy mushrooms were nothing but cold mush.....
The best place to get wings and chicken strips. The line is long but of you hang in there, it will be worth the wait.
Good food, but, gotta what'um on the sauces, always seem to leave them out all together, or short on what comes included with order.
I absolutely love this place, the wings are delicious and I can't stress this enough. This is the only place that I could eat teriyaki wings and not be sick from the oil used, I love the wings n things combo everything is always good n lobe how the wings are crunchy, meaning like the skin of course. Can't wait to dine in and eat there, went through drive thru with my friend also. Pretty fast I would say.
Added olives and a couple of extra chicken tenders but this is the best salad I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. Definitely prefer salads over here than on McCrays Mill.Edit: you can't come here when it's busy or you will be waiting. They took their time with my salad. I went around 1pm ish
Tonight is my last night ever going to Zaxby's on Broad St. I ordered 2 buffalo finger plates, 2 extra spicy zax sauce, fried pickles, and fried cheese bites. They made me pull up and wait another 10 minutes for my food after paying, which happens, but didn't used to, but still not the end of the world.Traditionally, we eat the fried white cheddar bites on the way home and instantly knew something was wrong, it tasted and smelled off. Every bit of the hot food was cooked in old oil...covered with old oil crumbs/particles, and the smell almost made me vomit. And this at 8PM, 2 hours before close. And of course they don't answer their phone. Never again. I put the entire buffalo finger plate minus the coleslaw (which was good because it wasn't cooked in OLD oil) in the fridge. I am bringing it tomorrow and I want the manager to just have a whiff prior to giving me a full refund. This could have possibly been the worst restaurant, fast food or otherwise, experience I've ever had in my life.
