Only get five wings. Even if it's boneless. You get a few fries. They quit selling the mushrooms.Sauce is nasty. I do not know why so many people like it. You don't even get your monies worth.Why just 5 wings? I don't get it..

April 13, 2022, Wednesday afternoon. I ordered 20 chicken fingers and one Cobb salad with fried chicken. In the past the chicken fingers were cooked well and the cob salad look appetizing. When I got the order I mentioned, the chicken fingers were over cooked and rubbery. My husband and I had to remove pieces of chicken from our mouths that were not chewable. The Cobb salad came with very large chunks of a chicken finger which which looked like someone held the chicken with their fingers and pulled the meat apart in two and made the salad very unappealing. Customer service is once again subpar. Who ever is in charge of hiring please screen your employee better, make it mandatory to have your new employes take some sort of customer service training. Often and I mean often, my order comes incomplete. This time they ran out of coleslaw, no explanation, no substitute. When asked they just had an attitude. Zaxbys, as much business you guys get, you can do better for your routine customers!
I tried the New Spicy Chicken BLT.There wasn't any spicy sauce on my sandwich nor was there any pickles. I paid $7.36 for a dry sandwich. Now I remember why I stopped going there.
Terrible service, got our order entirely wrong and refused to correct it, insulted my wife and claimed she was stealing food. Obvious lack of any sort of decorum or tact.
My online order didn’t match what I got. I think they got two things right. This happens every time I order from this location. The last two times I just went back up there but I’m not waiting in the road to get in the parking lot or the extremely long lines to talk to someone. This is terrible.
Today's meal wasn't Good. The food wasn't tasty. The Coca-Cola taste like Cherry Coke plus it was flat. I won't be going back for a while.
Was not please with the service. If a meal says slaw and you are out let the customer know you are out instead of just giving them extra fries.
Really good food. Ailiah( hope I got close) was real nice at the register. Food was out quickly.
