Drive thru was packed and I still got my food under 10 mins.
Food and service was exceptional and wasn't in line very long
I wasn’t a friend of Wendys before this week because I hated their fries. Since this new taste, cooking method, whatever; they did something right to stay competitive! Staff was friendly here in Sumter, SC. Had 3 separate orders in the drive through and all made it to the car with no errors or wasted time. Would return when in area.
They have bigass cheese burgers with lots of beacon...sometimes. work on the supply chain. Seems like y'all aways out of something. Do pull no Covid-19 excuse card. Just have enough potatoes next time!
Pulled up to order. Waited at the speaker for 20 minutes and they closed on me with three cars behind me!!! Didn’t answer the phone when I was calling to see if they’re still opened. Closed at 2 am but it was before 2 when I got to the window.
The food was good, hot, but they were super slow today. Very nice people there though!

Drive thru line was so slow I left. While waiting I could see 2 people inside waiting for service. They obviously have a need for more staff. There's a sign that they're hiring but I guess no takers.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service, terrible speed, terrible foor, high price. No one had any sense of urgency with a line around the building. I dinned in and my order wasnt take for around 25 minutes being first in line. I recieved a whole hamberger in my chilli. The burgers wer under cooked the fries were old and unsalted. Worst service ive ever had in fast food.
