Unfortunately this Taco Bell has probably the worst administration I've seen in a fast food restaurant.Everytime I've visited something new is up, for example today at 3pm they would not take orders unless it was through Door Dash (waste of time).There's was another instance where they would not take credit cards at all or cash. They didn't offer any alternatives (such as online orders).They also should update the schedule, in Google it says 1am for closing time but at 12am you would be told they're closed. Which is kinda curious because how is someone still "working" just to tell you they're closed.On top of the administrative mess they also have a lot of issues with the food, there's been plenty of times where the food would barely have meat. I understand that they have specific portions for each type of product but I once got a crunchy wrap with literally no meat.In the picture below you can also see how little meat they add to the tacos.Unfortunately for me, this is the only Taco Bell in a 15 miles radius so we really don't have a choice. This is the ONLY reason I've continued to go there.I hope the owner of this franchise puts some attention to this restaurant and better the service and food.
The morning staff is nice. The evening staff is pleasant enough, but they seem like they've been burnt out.They mess up my orders at night but I feel like it's probably not the employees' fault- they seem like good people that have been overworked.
Poor management don’t know how to treat employees. Management want fight employee. And nothing is being done about it.
The food was really good the place was clean the staff was on point this was this pass Saturday me and ladylove had a nice lunch thsy Saturday evening we send our thank you so much to the staff and management ???????????????????????

was served moldy food and when i went back to get a refund they would only give me half of what i payed. do better
I like Taco Bell but this one is a hit or miss bad and that’s why I never go. The last time I went I got a steak quesarito and a hard taco, I get back to work and I have a bean burrito and a soft taco. The times I actually get what I order there’s a 50/50 shot that it’s actually edible.
I will start by saying that I should have known better by having mediocre service in the past.Anyway I chose this location instead of driving across town as I should have done. I tried calling the store to recover my survey code but no one wanted to answer the phone the two times I tried calling.Anyway after paying for my food and being given my drink at the second window I was instructed to pull around behind the car that had been in front of me in line. I was asked if I was door dash in three occasions and finally a lady came out to ask me what my order was, I just handed her my receipt cause I was tired of repeating it to the gentleman running food.After waiting a half hour after I had paid and waiting in front of the building I finally got my food. It was impressive how did disfunctional their operations were going, I would have been happy to explain the experience had anyone cared to hear about it. All in all I am thankful this team is not responsible for something more serious in life other than messing up peoples food orders.
Never open time says they open at 7 am and I stop at 7:40 am just to get the guy to say I’m sorry we are not open. What good is a breakfast menu if your never open.
the other taco bell in town is better go there instead
