I asked for 6 of their deluxe boxes. It's the current one something like a chalupa with cheese crust. Anyways. They didn't ask what meat. I didn't even know there was other options. One with no lettuce (my wife's stomach can't digest lettuce and it makes her vomit) and two with no sour cream because my buddy and his girl are psychotic and don't like the wonderful goodness that is sour cream. The rest are regular. For some reason that was too hard. Lettuce on all of them so my wife had to eat chips and bean burritos which while they may sound yummy in college they are infact not once you know how they are made. Imagine powdered beans which are rehydrated in a way that likely violates the Geneva Convention. They should be called Reeeverything beans. Added to this only two weren't chicken. This used to be the only location to go to for quality but since the doors became locked and you have to wait in a long line to ask them to remake the food right. It had become like the one on broad. A sad disappointment of failing to make the same 6 ingredients in the prescribed ordered.
The manager on duty did a great job. He had us go park at front for our order. When he brought it out himself, I noticed he was wearing a medical boot. Not only did he explain they had no sauces, he also saw us still sitting in the parking lot, since we decided to eat before we left, and he checked on us to make sure we were ok. Food was great as well. Not sure of his name, but thanks.
I wish I could give negative stars. This place is horrific and the service is abysmal. The horrible woman claiming to be the manager literally refused to make my order even though it had already been paid for and showed on the app it was ready for pickup. She claimed someone stole it. A blatant lie since no one could have known I placed the order but me. The workers are lazy and rude. Save the trouble and go to broad st.
Absolutely the worst place to eat. How can you be a fast food establishment and make every single car in the drive through to pull around, workers on cell phones, people working like they have no purpose in life. I don’t know who owns this particular one but the owner needs to come and make this place one again! You can not own a business and not care about it! DO BETTER
The food was very good. The service was good.
Horrible customer service. Had to use the restroom. No sign on the door saying you couldn’t be inside. I come out. And the immature girl behind the counter started yelling that I couldn’t be inside. I said okay. My truck won’t fit through. She didn’t answer. She just told me to get out. She opened the door then as I was walking out she shut it on me and tripped me. Was going to turn around and give her a piece of my mind. But figured her minimum wage of a job and miserable life wasn’t worth my time
Had to wait 15 minutes in line to pick up and order for Doordash. They had the door unlocked so for delivery, we could go inside and pick up our delivery orders. Time is money, and money is time when you're Dashing.
Friendly staff, relatively quick line and the softshell supreme is always my jam♡
Was told I need a mask to come inside . Didn’t have one so I went to the drive thru where I see the woman working the window with no mask and another behind her with no mask …….. merica
There window sticker says they close at 1am. It is currently 1225am and they are closed. They have employees sitting in the front lobby when they should be working.
