Unless your hours are wrong on the website, and the people in Sumter that live by this establishment don't know what time you close - how are you trying to close an hour ahead on time???? So to the fact that you don't have all meat choices available on the bar, are almost out of the others and ready trying to close everything down. My daughter was trying to get a cold cut trio (y'all had no meat for), a Italian BMT (did not have meat for that either), cookies I can understand because those aren't always available regardless of time of day. She ended up getting a spicy Italian sub, and a tuna sub. When I tell you, there wasn't much Tuna on my sub when I opened it, it was pathetic. Then the lady that was trying to close down, was moving condiments, so that the lady had to go find the mayonnaise to finish my daughters sandwich. Then she asked was this their last sandwich of the night, she said yes, but got mad when 4-5 people walked through the door. 1st and last visit. I'll go uptown next time.
This location is always a disappointment my family has came here a couple times hoping that the next visit would be better than the last but I've been wrong the older women that works here has such bad customer service as soon as you walk in she looks at you like you just ruined her day the younger girls are friendly but nobody that works at this location can make a decent sandwich Ive worked and multiple subway locations and I know that everyone receives the same training but at this specific location it's like they don't care enough to properly train the sandwiches are still cold after being toasted they just throw the veggies on with no care in the world you ask for light sauce and they drowned your sandwich to the point that when it's time to eat it it's soggy and falling apart almost impossible to eat I might recommend people to order a salad
This is my 2nd time at this location. I went through the drive through. Just hated I had to go to repeat my order because I guess something happened with the machine. But I got what I needed. The people were nice too and made sure I had what I paid for.
Great they took away Veterans discount which is not fair. Just like you took away the jalapeño toated bread
Wow I come to the location on 15s in Sumter and told by employees they closed early for the holiday it not a holiday it is the day after Christmas it is 4:30 pm the only be two n mcraysmill rd is open till 10 ? Sounds like lazy employees too me poor business
The worst wrap I had ever had at a Subway. The lady was in q hurry, we were the only ones there, she had no cheese or herb bread, no mayo, asked for extra cheese she added a half a piece of cheese total 3 to a foot long and charged the extra cheese, I asked for it to be heated up your very thoroughly it was just warmed up,the wrap was cold, I paid 22. For 2 footlongs and it was not what I expected. I wasted my money.

Worst Place Ever!! I usually like this subway but while they were making my online order i came early. they dropped my bread in my face ! Picked it up dusted it off and proceeded to make my sub. I will definitely never go back.
These slacks mfs didn’t even make my sandwich right. Just threw some shit on it and put it in the bag. I asked for it to be toasted and it was cold as hell.
