Every single time we have been in this store we have had nothing but difficulty! Today, they claimed their system has been down for two days and they cannot process credit cards. This after several phone calls with our food already prepared. He said we had to pay with cash. I went to Food Lion and got cash and returned to the store. He asked me to try my card again even though I now had cash. It did not work...no surprise there. He finally accepted cash and forced me to accept the order already prepared that surely was cold by now. I will never, never, never bring my business to this horrendous operation. I said that he should compensate for my trouble....after several more calls..the answer was no! Can you believe it? Horrible experience again. The one thing they are consistent about is providing a horrible customer service experience. Stay away!
Since Subway is a chain, one hopes to get the same consistancy in the quality of their menu throughout. But, as within any chain, that can vary sometimes. So it was a nice surprise to find that this location was one of the better locations for quality and we ordered a meatball subs, one roast beef and two Italian BMTs which we were all happy with.However, I only gave 4/5 stars for two reasons. I picked up our subs around dinnertime and there was only one counter person making the subs even though online orders kept popping up and she was already serving the people physically in line placing orders. Management should make more allowanances for staff coverage during know busier times during the day.And secondly, not to be too picky, but there were only two choices of sliced cheese to choose from. When four footlong and a half dozen cookies cost north of $40, you'd expect to have a few more choices in the cheese category!Otherwise, a good meal!
This store is limited on supplies and the workers are lazy. I asked for a spinach wrap and l was told that they were out but the customer after me asked for one and the other worker went to the back to get them!! This store was my go to store but not anymore l will travel elsewhere!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! Not sure what is going on at this subway. Last few times I have been there to order a sub they have been out of items to make a sub. Went there tonight and the only meat they had was roast beef and bacon and was out of other toppings and no mayo (for the last 2 times I was there). Not sure if it is a supply issue (which is what excuse i bet they use) or a management problem. Either way cooperate needs to step in and fix the issue or change management of this store, or shut it down all together.
Couldn't even get the Subway club because they didn't have everything to make it.
The young men that worked the night that I brought my ten year old granddaughter in for a sub were very courteous and patient. Her sub was to her liking and she expressed it by telling the rest of the family ☺️.
