If there was a negative number I would use it!!! I am so tired of the employees never answering the phone!! I have been calling for almost 30 minutes and NO Answer!! The last few times the line was busy, they picked up the phone for someone. I called back while I’m line. The phone was busy, but I watched no one was on the phone, which means they took the phone off the hook rather than answer the phone!! This absolutely sickening!! All I wanted was a salad for dinner!!
I did not know that i has to pre order before going to the window. It was explained to me and the nice lady still took my order which i appreciate so much. Thank you for great customer service and the sub and sweet tea was on point as well.
Worse food ever no meat on the salad no oil no vinegar just horrible. Camden sub station way better than this mess. If I just wanted lettuce and a cube of tomato. I could’ve went to wal mart and made my own worse ever
Horrible customer service, they don't answer the phone, close the store early. I came there about 9 a man said we are close. I really wanted a salad but can't never seem to get it. I really love their salad especially the ranch omG, but the customer service and bad attitude make them lose a customer well alot of customers. They need new workers that want to work.
not intended to be positive or negative, just informative. They require a mask for service. i didnt have one. The subway across the street was pretty good.
1st time here, Called ahead, The sandwich was delicious, worth every penny. Large, cut in 4 pieces=2meals, Will visit again???
Well my experience at this restaurant was not very enjoyable considering I made a call in order and they said 30 minutes which is when I came but it took 50 I will admit the #19 is a good sub but is it Worth the wait and hassle to get and make a call in for? If I make a call in order I expect for my food to be done when I get there and considering the luck it takes to get a call in because it's so busy all the time and one time a friend of mine ate there and said when they answered his call he could hear all the gossip in the background so workers sound like they are slacking off
I give them 2 stars because one the food is good but when you cant even call and place a order it shows that the place is operated by works who can keep up they have to discount the phone to work thats bad for business
Friendly staff, I ordered a turkey, and roast beef sub with the works. meat cut fresh to order with all the fixings. Price was right and they had indoor and outdoor seating. Nice place for a quick bite
They are good, but the sandwiches are not the same, by not putting enough meat on the subs. Wish I can see the workers smile more.
