The wait time for a doordasher is absolutely ridiculous. We run off a time limit just like yall do. The fact that i have to wait in line for over 25 minutes is sad and frustrating. Yall need a better system set up for people who dash or yall just need to not accept doordash orders.
When ordering the girl started having a convo with someone inside the building, ignoring half of my order. Waited, no exaggeration, 20 minutes in stall for food. The burger was decent but the fries were ice cold and the drink was wrong. No sauces that i requested were in the bag. And there were not even any napkins in the bag. 0 stars. Every time i go here its bad. I give up.
Great service. The girl on wheels was on the ball. Even brought out with her a surprise for our German Shepherd who loved the treat. Very enjoyable lunch ?
We don't have a sonic in the Wis northwoods so we love going to sonic when we're in Sumter. Great food at a reasonable price with a friendly staff. The roller skates are fun!
Never been to Sonic until I visited South Carolina & boy was it worth it! GrabbedSonic burger & fries. Fresh & delicious are the best two words to describe it. Glad I waited for the Sonic experience.

The quality of sonics food is really good, I'm a regular that's why I'm giving the place five stars, pretty much everyone is wholesome and in a good mood, they are always working and have no chill to rolling the stakes. Unfortunately this time around they didn't give me enough fries but hopefully tomorrow when I go I'll make sure they do because they are so yummy!
The food is VERY overpriced for the quality of food. Fries were overcooked. Bacon burger on Texas toast was burnt and soggy with grease. Lettuce tasted stale. Hamburger lacked flavor. Bacon was ok. Onion rings were good. Chicken sandwich lacked flavor and was overcooked. Drink, or tan ice I should say, was watered down tea and 90% ice - very little tea. Milkshake cup overfilled, sloppy outside of cup and improperly placed lid popped off immediately spilling whipped topping in the car. Staff was friendly and courteous. I'll go back for a hotdog but I'll check my food closely before I leave.
Sat in the car and ate with my seven year old granddaughter. The bellhop was friendly and nice. I forgot to take pics of our food. We were hungry and just happy to be hanging out!
Majority of the time Ryan would make sure my Ice Brew Coffee is right because of previous dissatisfaction, lately my so call Cold Brew Coffee has been nothing but water, can we please get someone who knows how to make real coffee!!!!!
