I hope that people don't see this review and take advantage of it but me and my partner went to sonic after we have ran all day, we drive ambulances and don't get much down time and what down time we do get we don't want to waste, anyway we ordered food and the guy who served us was so nice and sweet he said that he was looking out for the first responders and decided to give us our order on the house now we didn't get much but that made our night thank u
My wife and I visited this establishment around 9:30am. Not only did they tell me to pull up, but the number 5 combo was made horribly! One of my go to combos! The chicken was undercooked, the fries were not fresh, and to top it all off we order tots with the combo. I ordered 2 BLTs and only one of them had Mayo on it. Finally the customer service was wack.
Honestly I feel like the workers in this sonic fast food joint don't even know what they are doing. When I dine in to the place I had a gift card and the machine wasn't working, I had to wait a few minutes and the manager on shift found a solution, I got my food shortly after. The fries weren't fresh and after 3 minutes I was already tired of them. The pretzel twists were up to par. Overall, broad street sonic is way better.
I wait in drive thru for over 20 minutes just to get to the window and be told to pull up. I dont mind waiting but when your rude about it .. thats an issue. And then i waited over 40 minutes in total JUST FOR MY FOOD TO COME OUT COLD! I understand everybodys understaffed and overworked. But the wait time for fast food is ridiculous. And i shouldnt have to be told in a rude way to wait longer then i already have. There is 4 cars of people pulled up ... customer service is everything in this industry. And most of your workers are rude as hell! Second time this week ive had a bad experience and if my neice didnt work here then i wouldnt step foot back on this property!!!!
"Hi,may I have a Sonic Hamburger with onion, mustard,and pickle only,No cheese please?" ... I specifically asked for a hamburger,not a cheese burger and again requested "NO CHEESE" & OF COURSE THERE WAS CHEESE (pasteurized processed cheese "food"). My time and money were wasted and dinner ruined. Do yourself a favor and go nextdoor to Zaxby's.
Everything was perfect except their POS machine was barely working
Biggest problem here is they make special orders wrong. Don't leave drive thru till you check every thing. However they will make it right.
The service was terrible I just left there and the food is terrible I don’t know if it’s new employees or what but I’ve never experienced the behavior of the employees first got there whoever was on the speaker had attitude with me than got to the window also was an attitude got my food no drink had to turn around the entire meal tasted spoiled EVERYTHING and I’ve always come to this one I had to end up just throwing away a whole meal the girl had an attitude.. If they don’t want to work or have an attitude they don’t need to be there period messed up my entire day
The food is ok and I love the drinks but I am really tired of going to McCray’s Mill and ordering drinks only to pay extra and not have my fruit or flavoring added to my drink order. I usually don’t complain but this has happened every time. I understand you may be short staffed, but please take the time to make sure the order is correct, especially when you charge extra for it. I mostly go for the drinks but no need to go for it when the order is never correct. Very disappointing
The best sonic service you will ever get. Love the people they are so kind and work fast never messed up an order in 5 years ive lived here.
