Updated review: I’ve stopped in here while visiting and ordered take out multiples now from out of town. We have tried the honey pecan chicken (this is a little sweet and rich with fettuccini Alfredo), spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parm, and chicken Alfredo and it all has been amazing. Last night I ordered the seafood pasta for all of us to try and we were not disappointed (there isn’t a ton of scallops or shrimp but it’s rich so you don’t need much). The lunch portions don’t come with a salad but the dinner portions do and both come with the garlic butter rolls. Everything we’ve tried has been great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good takeout or dine in Italian meal. These guys put together a really great spread for a family gathering. I came in from out of town and ordered the family meal and it went over really well. The spaghetti and meatballs (family meal) was really good and with huge meatballs. I can’t reiterate enough how good the quality to price of this place. Would go out on a limb and say it was as good as any nice Italian restaurant where we live in Charleston.

Food is usually pretty good once it arrives…but as always the wait staff could us some attention. Each one has there own routine, one more efficient than the other which means someone will watch others who came in after them eat. This is the same story every 6 months I return because of the last experience I’ve had, hoping things would change…like a bad relationship.

Greek salad, pizza and ice tea all excellent. Why mention the tea, because believe it or not everyone cannot make GOOD tea.

Just ate the best blackened chicken and shrimp with grits I ever had! Thank you Sambino's for always making such exceptional food!!

The Greek salad me and my coworker had tasted delicious. However, you might not want to charge $8 if your salads are going to be the size of a small side salad. There were literally only 2 olives and 2 small slivers of the Pepperocini. We were still left fairly hungry. Its a shame because like i stated before, it tasted delicious, but not for $8 in a small side container and barely any toppings. That was not worth the money at all.

Had a wonderful waitress... Katherine!Food waa awesome. I had their pecan honey chicken and hubby had chicken parmesan and friend had their eggplant parmesan.Place was very clean. For dessert we had cannolis they were out of bounds delicious!! I would highly recommended this place for sure! Thanks for given me an awesome experience!!

I ordered two baked lasagna dinners and when I got home to open the container they both were the size of a child’s portion. I easily placed both lasagnas in one container that’s how small they were. I wish I could post pictures to show. We spent 32$ on this meal. When I called back to ask for a refund the manager said the only person who could issue refunds was the owner and they don’t know when he will be back. What kind of management system is this? I’ve only eaten here twice. The first time was good which is why I returned. But after this experience I will never go back. People don’t have money to waste.

Katherine (and the food) at Sambino's Bistro was so great tonight! So much cheesy goodness on the pizzas, rolls were dripping in garlic butter, fried pickles extra crunchy, and refilled drinks the entire time. She was so well mannered with the yes maams and no sirs... that was refreshing on its own! We'll be back!

For half a decade I've raved about Sambinos Bistro as the best Sambinos in Sumter. Way better than the other one. With amazing food and good prices. But now they have removed their Calzones, the best food they made, from their menu.Bring back the Calzones.

Excellent bread rolls. Loved the trio. Half price wine went great with the meal. Although busy, the young lady did an excellent job covering over 5 full tables at once. Very good prices for the portions of food.
