Placed an order for 2 pizzas at 4:30PM, received the wrong order an hour and a half later, waited for 4 and a half hours for them to try to correct it, after calling 4 times to see what’s going on.They also said they don’t do refunds when I asked for one, because they “have a sign inside the store” that says so, even though it’s Pizza Hut’s policy to refund failed orders.Overall this is hands down the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with. Never again.
Ordered pizza Saturday evening, picked it up at the window big mistake bc they don't show you what it looks like b4 leaving, I should've looked after I got it but didn't, I ordered a 3 topping pan pizza with light sauce. I got home looked at it and it was very heavy sauce light on the cheese no bacon whatsoever and only one pepperoni on each slice it also was supose to have black olives but only had about 5 little olives throughout the whole large pizza. They skimped extremely bad on the toppings, will never return to that location-alice dr. 441 is much much much better!!!!!

last night I ordered pizza and I fell asleep before they could get here lol The manager was very nice and apologizing but it wasn’t her fault they was behind a little . So I told her not to worry about it last night and I went back to sleep. Tonight I ordered I order pizza again, and they got it to me before it was suppose to be here! My order showed as delivered for almost an hour before it actually arrived. When it did arrive, the pizza, pasta, and breadsticks were all cold. I had to reheat everything in the oven before my family could eat.
The Call Center has a very long wait time before someone picks up to take your order and the attitude can be worked on. Someone hung up on me and when I called back that same person picked up and place me on hold and never came back to the phone.
Just called this place tonight very immature when answering the phone. The female that answered told me to hold Bc something was wrong with the cash register & then 10 secs after that I got hung up on. This place needs more professional employees and respect will carry u a long way. Just rude. Will not ever call there again,
My order was estimated to be delivered between 25-35 minutes and it took 1hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I called the store after 40 minutes to check on the status and they told me there was only 1 driver and that my order was ready but still at the store. When the order arrived it was missing one item (cheese bread). I will not be ordering from this store again.
