Placed an order for delivery. Was given a wait time of 29 min. 2 hours later still waiting. Called in to find out what was taking so long. The manager was unhelpful & just kept repeating that it was out for delivery. He said the wait time was just an approximate & that they don't compensate for extended waits. I didn't ask for compensation, just an explanation. Horrible customer service! Over 2 hours now & still waiting!
This review isn't necessarily for the employees as much as its for the overall Pizza.Not sure what has changed with papa John's Pizza but I would have gotten a better Pizza from the frozen food section. This Pizza was seriously worse than a frozen one. It was WAY over priced ($17 for a large), and the large looked more like a medium, did they reduce the size? It was ready for pick up when stated, and bless her heart the employee attempted to make a joke that was more annoying than funny and didn't seem to appreciate my response. Can honestly say I would go to Walmart and get a frozen pizza before returning to any papa John's.
This crew is always on top of everything! They work together like a well oiled machine.I always have more than one employee ask me if they can help me and customers are in and out constantly. I deliver quite often from this store and it's one of my favorites to go to.
Amazing place, amazing staff, and great prices! Highly reccomend to all military personnel to get takeout here! Amazing deals like 40% off all takeout for military! Plus its always cooked right. Enjoy enjoy enjoy!
We ordered a pizza at 7 pm the tracking said 1 hour. I called at 2 hours and they told me it was walking out the door. I call back they are closed. We still haven’t received our pizza.
Order at 5:55 it's 8:28pm and I still don't have my pizza ??♂️.
Pizza was good (maybe a little heavy on the sauce). Arrived hot. A little disappointed the driver didn’t offer paper plates, crushed red peppers, Parmesan cheese or napkins. Overall a good pizza (pepperoni, sausage, and six cheese). We will order again.
7 Jan 2021 (Dalzell, SC), I placed an order on the app for delivery and the app showed 108 minutes. After 120 minutes, I called to ask where my pizza is,, and the person on the phone stated they had only 2 drivers and 200 orders. Of course, I cancelled my order. My thought is, if you have 200 orders, why can't you offer enough money to hire more drivers than just 2. Just ridiculous. when I live 10 minutes from papa johns and they can't bring my order within 1 hour. Yes, I could drive to get it but I choose to pay a delivery fee and driver tip so I can have some convenience. I guess I'm just another customer they lose. Papa John at Peach Orchard road in Dalzell, SC, is awful at best.
While the food is delicious no matter what time I order it's always almost a 2 hour wait, they forget 1 or more items I ordered and ALWAYS despite me saying every time that I will be at my mailbox, they ALWAYS drive right past me. I got tired of not getting what I paid for and always waiting 2 hours only to have them drive past me and either not bother to call or only notice me the SECOND time they drive past... the fact that the food is good is the only reason I don't give a 1 star
