My pizza pepperoni . With onions and jalapeños. This is what I got. I called talked to manager that could not fo anything but send a driver out to replace. But since I do not live in there delivery location my I would have to drive the 20 min up there and 20 back to the house. My kids was starving. I could not do that. She said well you can take it up to corporate but I gotta tell you it'll take two weeks or better before you get a coupon in the mail. So I had to eat the dang pizza ... pizza don't taste the same if the pepperoni isn't cooked on it.. plus it was soggy. All 3 we got were.. was very disaapointed.disappointed.. I mean I ordered a pizza delivered to my house as usual around Christmas time. We move. Come back in April and told they do not deliver in our area. Can't even enter our address in to order.. sux.. but what ever.. I'd rather drive to another pizza place then eat here..
I ordered 2 New York-style pepperoni and received 2 new york style cheese pizzas. I also ordered a hand toss pepperoni and they got that right, but I also live an hour away from the store and wasn't able to take it back. When I called them to let them know about the mistake they said that they were going to mail me a gift card I don't know how much the gift is but I was very disappointed. If I ever buy from them again I'm going to make sure to check my order before leaving.
went inside the store on Ginyard in Sumter SC and ordered two so call New York style pizzas white sauce with black olives chicken mushrooms and the other one plain cheese they did not put my black olives on there they gave me the chicken with a different kind of sauce which was good much ,when I called them up they tell me if it was touch they cannot do anything no refund no exchange nothing !! I think that is very poor business they need to listen when somebody complain Didn’t want to compromise or anything don’t buy from them Stick with Pizza Hut shame on you shaq ! I don’t have $37 to Waste on two pizzas Horrible business and the pizzas taste nasty way too much red sauce that is all u can taste .won’t be doing business with them again

Ill never order again. Called and found out they have out sourced the incoming call ordering to people overseas. Meanwhile we have people right here in town that would love to have that job. Wow shame on you Papa John's Pizza!
This is the $21 pizza I just got from Papa Johns on N. Guignard in Sumter. I ordered large thin crust with beef, pepperoni, and extra cheese. I got about 12 pepperoni slices and 6-7 crumbles of beef. This is nothing short of a rip off.
It’s takin 3 hours to deliver a pizza a mile from motel on a Monday I’m in shock I wasn’t told that until I called back and had paid for it
Placed an order at 5:15, said order would take 2 hrs. Called at the 2 hr mark, and they hadn’t even started it yet. Three hour mark approaches and I call them again. Owner seemed annoyed and said it’s on his way. Was about to call and cancel order at the 3 hr and ten minute mark of waiting, when the driver shows up. I mentioned I was going to cancel, and relayed the fact that I ordered over three hours ago to which he replies “That long?! We weren’t even that busy!”Not a very good experience.
Great place to eat. Friendly Service. Need to wrap up chicken wings better spilled chicken juices on my clothes. Young crew on Thursday, Friday. Saturday nights. Employees are working hard n hustlin..
