I get breakfast here every morning, Ms. Willa and the ladies always brighten my morning! Tony has excellently managed the Broad st. location. I believe I get there at the busiest time of the morning, but they have someone outside taking orders so the drive-thru line doesn't get backed up into Broad St., ever! And unlike most locations with 2 lanes they have only a single drive-thru line, so very effective teamwork and management is at play here. And the BEST egg Mcmuffin and strawberry banana smoothie in town!V. Benenhaley ??

Every time we've gone in the last couple months, I've had to back in as the forget parts of our order. How hard is it to make sure you're getting the order correct?
Ordered the Surf+Turf sandwich off the menu in the app which is a sandwich with a fish filet and hamburger. Sat in the curbside pickup spot for about 10 minutes. Nobody came so I went inside. They remade my "sandwich" but halfway home I felt two sandwiches in the bag. They gave me the sandwiches separately. They seem to be discombobulated. How are the employees unaware of the new item being offered? I even pointed at the sign when she asked me what I was waiting on.
Ordered no onions had extra onions ordered plain chicken sandwich wasn't plain and food was cold very disappointed need to do better definitely wasn't worth the 30 dollars I spent
I ordered 3 different meals but didn't get the bacon-egg-cheese McGriddles. Seems like McDonald's would hire anyone with an IQ of 12 for this location. Pathetic!
My first attempt at using the McDonald's app today. The app is ok, ordering was easy. Still had to wait for a min though. But overall not too bad
Very unorganized and had to wait twenty minutes to pick up a Door Dash order. They seemed more concerned with the drive thru, which I must say, was moving quickly. I waited along with 4 other Dashers for orders that were already on the screen, just waiting to be filled. It will be a while before I accept another order from this McDonald's.
This McDonald always has an issue during the morning hours. Between 3:30am to 5am they rarely take drive thru orders. They’ll be in there and just ignore the cars in the drive thru. When they do take orders, they will only take cash most of the times. Very unprofessional morning crew of kids.
Was just at Broad Street location. Ordered 2 lrg milkshakes, 2 fish (x tater) & 20 pc nuggets w/sweet & sour sauce. Check my bag - no sauce. Dummy at window stated it was in the bag. Told dummy I wouldn't ask for the sauce, if was in the bag. Had an attitude about something that clearly wasn't in the bag. Ridiculous!
