Great portions and lots of selections!Their salads are huge and fresh too!We really enjoy the carrot cake slices and warm, baked cookies.They have tasty sweet tea also.We like to meet there and have our ladies luncheon once a month. The service is on point and the staff are always friendly!
I did not care for this place at all. After placing orders we waited patiently until our food was served... An item was missing, so I brought to our waitresses attention & after grabbing our receipt she tells me I did not order that specific item because it wasn't printed on receipt. Ok well I don't care what the receipt does or does not say; I know what I ordered, & I could have done without the snotty attitude... System malfunctioned is the problem. The lettuce in my cesser salad was turning partly brown & wilted. I highly doubt I'll be eating there anytime soon.
Person taking order at the register didn’t listen when he took our order. First we ordered drinks,he said we didn’t,then had to pay $7.00 extra for drinks. Next food was wrong, Sent order back, Manger brought it back out to us and proceeded to tell us we ordered it wrong ,when we didn’t. Seemed like they really didn’t care about the customer service, just about the money
The new gorgonzola steak salad is my favorite and I always have to have a peach tea! Awesome place to eat!
Food was really good and they didn't have me waiting a long time for my order.
Me and my mom are considered regulars at this restaurant. We eat here on her lunch break 5/7 days a week and I order our food at the same time everyday so it’ll be ready before she gets there so she can go back to work. There have been times where my bread on my sandwich was too toasted, they’ve scrapped tomatoes off it when I asked for none (you could see the juice on the bread), the cookies have been too hard, my salads been messed up, but I’ve never had bad service up until the other day we went. There were no booths clean so I asked a lady if she could grab the two plates off one while she was passing it and she told me I could do it.. so I did. Nobody stopped me from cleaning it. While ordering, the cashier interrupted me to tell me “it’s a 20 minute wait on food if you still want to order”. I told her that was fine and that I come there almost everyday so I’m use to the times and she rolled her eyes at me. When my food was ready, I seen it in the window and asked her for it because my mom was there and she has a time limit, and she told me it wasn’t mine yet gave me the same food ten minutes after it sat there. I’m not sure what happened, but it will be a long while before we come back.
Friendly staff ! I always get the McMalister on a croissant extra honey mustard! Perfect everytime !
Ordered a full chicken avocado salad for pickup….they put literally a single pinky sized piece of chicken on it. Great job crew, your hard work to make sure your customers receive such a complicated order really shines through ???
The food is good, but the app needs an option to change the type of bread used for your sandwich.
Really enjoyed our dinner. Everything was fresh. Best sweet tea around. Spud Max and French Dip (choose 2) were delicious. Fast friendly service. And the best thing is they are open for dining in. Thank you, McAlister's!
