Thanks for the reply was planning to update my review. Not fair to say the food was bad because of the missed topping, pizza and wings were very good. Ordered Hawaiian with jalapeños no jalapeños on pizza. Ordered wings with Buffalo got BBQ. Even repeated the order and still wrong. App doesn't work and employees did help, but the app makesitmoredifficult on themthanhelpful.
Let me start with I've been getting Pizzas and salads for a few years now from Marcos. As of late the last 4 have been not good. This was the last one I just received, then they sent a replacement.I did get a 3rd replacement that I went to pick up and it wasn't jacked up like these.Furthermore, after getting 2 messed up deliveries, I had to pick one up to be editable. Yet no compensation, no free desert, bread sticks, coupon, or anything.Lastly, they NEED to shapen their cutters, I haven't had a properly cut pizza in years.So it will be a long time before I try again with Marcos.
My experience with this particular store sucks. First and foremost the Store Manager Anastasia who is very unprofessional needs to be replaced asap. I asked for a specific item and was refused to be accommodate. Mind you I've been patronizing this business for years and have never had an issue until today. Something needs to be done about her unprofessionalisim. Also, since she said all calls are recorded and monitored. I hope your General Manager Brett reads this because I asked for his information and was refused.

The steak and cheese was very tasty, a little too much garlic for our preference, but it had good flavor. The menu is limited. No chips or fries to go with sandwiches (???), no fountain drinks or ice, only a limited number of bottled drinks. The staff was a bit snarky.
Great pizza, my online order was correct, very good and ready when I got there. The ladies at the front were very nice. I look forward to going back.
I forgot to take any pics. I was celebrating the last day for my birthday week. We had a pizza, bread sticks and hot wings. Everything was good.
A good pie, unfortunately the front end staff that serves it is not only extremely rude, but is inattentive to the world that's going on around them. Texting and on their phone while at the register and behind the counter in the presence of customers is extremely aggravating, and ignorant. I hated I had to bother the young lady to do her job.
The pizza tastes good and is made fast. Tastes very fresh.
I want to give a big shoutout to Anastasia tonight she definitely went above and beyond to make sure my pizza was right.Great customer service you definitely need to keep her.
