First time visit and it was nice. No wait time even though it was Father's Day. It was busy but not over crowded. We had a very tentative waitress by the name of Jenna who did a great job of serving us and checking on us. Everything came out hot. And the food was delicious. This catfish was exactly what I expected. That's a must if you decide to visit. The broccoli was cooked just right. So I will most definitely be back to try something else.
We were seated right away so that was nice. About 16 min later the server came and took drinks, they arrived quickly. After being asked 5 times in about as many minutes to order food we did. Food took over an hour to arrive, it was OK. My steak was under cooked but not terrible. The flavor was, however, terrible. Kids didn't hate the food so that was nice. Also we got about 15 huge bread rolls and they were pretty tasty. Will we go back? Probably, but that is due to lack of options. Will I like it? Probably not. I paid $115 and it was too much for the food served. The service was mostly good though.
We just moved here from Florida and decided to venture out for a steak. My husband and I shared an 11 oz. sirloin with fries and a cup of soup. The steak was a perfect medium, very tender and the chicken and rice soup was the best I’ve ever had. I even ordered a cup to go for my lunch tomorrow. I could have made a meal of the rolls they served as we were seated. A plus also that they serve coke and it was ‘good’ coke. Our meals came out in a very timely manner. Our server was Chelse who was terrific. She was so personable and always spot on refilling our cokes and checking on us. The prices were good and we gave her an almost 50% tip. We’ll definitely be back and ask for her!
One night I decided to treat myself after a long drive and ordered the rib eye steak. Really disappointed with the quality of the steak I received.
Ate here last week and had a very good experience. But tonight was nit good at all. Didn't get my salad and was only served 1 glass of water which was taken care off by the hostess. Asked for extra napkins and never got those.
Jeremy was our server and he was excellent, very attentive but not imposing. The filets were melt-in-your-mouth delicious and they were cooked perfectly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the fact that they wouldn't take a reservation, ahead of time, for 18 people and while many people were waiting for a table (our wait was 45 minutes), 2 "managers" took up a table, in the bar area, while they were doing shots....not acceptable.
Waited an hour and half; freezing in the restaurant; my chopped steak was raw; floor was wet and I almost fell; will not be back
