Ordered pizzas online at 7:15 PM. Arrived at 7:38PM. Rude girl closed and locked the door and said they were closed. Website clearly states opens at 11am closes at 10pm. Why have online orders if you can use it. Rude girl said we already refunded your card. Great business practices!
I will never go back to them, every year I go there to get pizza for my son birthday party, we'll this year I orderd 7 pep and 2 cheese online a week before his party. I come up there 30 mins before that party starts for them to tell me they can't make my order because there boss told them not to make big orders anymore. I got no heads up. No phone call, no email,, no nothing plus after that they couldn't refund my money for some reason, they had to write down my name and number so when the manager got there she could do it. Well then they never called or text so the next day we went up there and finally got it refund but want be on my card for 3 to 7 business days, that left me in a hard ship because I used all my money I had on his birthday so we had to use my bfs boss card to get hamburgers and hotdogs and my brother had to buy a small grill so we could cook them. I will never go back here for any reason at all.
Super mad that we can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. Didn’t receive what we ordered and what’s worse is the lady was on her personal phone while my husband was trying to pick the order up and tell her it was wrong. Finally fed up, he left with the messed up order. I’d like a call from a manager asap.
Their $5 ready pizza was old and cold. It must have been in that oven the entire day. I work in food service and I know things like that are supposed to be thrown out after a certain amount of time and replaced with fresh pizza but clearly that isn't happening at this location. The other location on the other hand has never had this issue , that store gives fresh piping hot pizza everytime.
Pizza dough was raw and stringy. Reached out twice via email and no response was received. Its been 5 days since I reached out.
They had no pizzas ready at all. Their were people already waiting so of course I left.
Went to grab a quick pizza but was informed they were out of sauce and was u sure how long it would be. Manager was called to update them. Associate said the other store was having same problem across town. They've been waiting over 30 mins with no solution
Hours updated 7 days ago but was closed when i pulled up at 10:15? Not to mention when i called they answered the phone talkin bout “hello who is this?” It’s not a huge deal but change them hours back and teach people how to answer a business phone lol
Super busy but pizza was hot and fresh when I got home.
Pizza was nowhere on time!Had to wait at least 15 min. past the pick up time.Got home and the pizza was great!
