If I could give a negative number I would! Placed an order even added a tip for the driver. Order NEVER came! Call the help desk, got hung up on 3 times. Finally got through and the agent says 'It was delivered'. Ma'am I have been sitting in front of my door, nothing came here and that includes my neighbors apartments as well. She said I would get a refund but frankly I don't believe her. Will be following up with my bank. Also, I will never order from here again.
These gals came through in the clutch. When domino's voided my order, didn't tell me, and refused to answer their phone, I walked in and ordered 10 pizzas 15 minutes after they had just opened. They were ready in 15 minutes and saved a lot of hassle. Thank you especially to Monique and Miera for helping me out. I haven't had Little Caesars in a long time but I'm definitely going to start using them again now.
Ordered online to be ready at 3:52 got there at 4... apparently they handed my pizza to someone else. Not that anyone actually spoke to me other then to say there was a "mistake" and it would be 8-10 minutes to remake. Took almost 20 minutes while they continued to talk/ laugh about the situation. So someone walked away with 4 pizzas while I got inconvenienced without as much as an apology.
I ordered a supreme pizza,and they made a cheese pizza,used credit card and they would not replace it.so I paid over 12.00 for a cheese pizza.
The wait may be crazy, but the food is always good.
Pizza wasn't cooked. Took a bite and thought it was super cheesey only to realize it was uncooked dough.
Every time i go there nothing is ready but tonight i was fed up i go in there ask for a regular cheese pizza once again i have to wait while they in there sitting on the floor that place run by kids
Great to go place. Workers just play to much. Just right if you want a quick meal to go.
The employees have on No gloves while preparing the pizzas; talking and coughing with no mask on; pizzas not thoroughly baked; dirty store; and employees are always on their cell phones while handling customers pizzas.
in the past 2 years the quality has dropped off. I've received multiple wrong orders and a few not fully cooked. I usually order online for pick up at their pizza portal and 90% of the time they LIE when they change the order to ready. I will show up and see my name on the pizza portal but no pizzas ready for pick up. I think they do this to fluff they numbers. as I type my wife is waiting for our second pizza while our first is getting colder and colder. the manager needs to wake up or they need a new manager!
