Dining room still not open.
They over charged me for a chicken sandwich. I told them about it, but they refuse to do anything about it.
saw the KFC advertising the chicken sandwich so pick me one up while I was on the road, got the pot pie which I never tried btw, notice the female employee look tired but anyway it's fast food you see this in every fast food employees ready to close and leave.
In store pickup is the way to go here. So fast and food is always correct.
Best mashed potatoes and gravy of any restaurant. Chicken was hot and crunchy.
They only have the drive thru open long wait for service
Picked up our meal from this restaurant a few minutes ago. We ordered an 8-piece meal with two sides, and a large unsweet tea. The person taking the order repeated it back to us correctly. When we got to the window to pick it up, they gave us a half-and-half tea, and ONLY chicken. No sides whatsoever, and no biscuits. The staff looked like they were having a grand old time playing around and joking with each other. The only reason I can give them two stars is because at the very least, they didn't charge me for anything other than what I received. VERY disappointing. I will probably go to Bojangle's instead of this location in the future.
This is the worst fast food restaurant in Sumter ever . Specially doing door dash they should find a faster way to give out these orders . I understand because of Covid they have to keep their doors closed . But they can always bring out our door dash orders to the doors . Or not have door dash at all .
Drive through was log but it didn't take too long to place. My order and get my food..
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE the workers are Rude and Nasty !!! I DO DOORDASH AND THEY TAKE ALLLL DAY TO BRING YOUR FOOD ! And they have they customers outside who do doordash out in sun waiting for the food while the inside door is locked on his so messed up like Fr this place should be banned from doing doordash !!!
