Love this place! The food is always delicious, fast and hot, and the people are always nice. I’ve been to pretty much all of the hibachi/sushi-type places in the area and it is easily my favorite. The portions are huge and the prices are unbeatable! They have become one of my go-to places to eat out in Sumter.
I didn't care much for the waitress, didn't like her attitude. Maybe she didn't care much because I'm African American..Needless to say they won't get my business anymore, and my family..
As a business owner that visits this area twice a week from Charlotte; 3hrs away, I decided to stop by Hibachi Grill. I placed an order for myself and 3 others to go which totalled 80$ and change. The food didn't take long but the service received by the young lady who brought the order to the vehicle was unacceptable by all standards of customer service. Not only did she become very argumentive with my driver over mushrooms that were absent from meal she was rude and argumentive with me also after asking to receive the free complimentary sauce that was also missing. She would have continued had not one of her coworkers came to her and explained; how ignorant and unprofessional she had been. The food could have been rated better had the service received been at the least, standard.

Great customer service and amazingly delicious food for a great price.
It was very tasty. But the chicken was overcooked. And there were not as many vegetables as I like in the hibachi.
Food was delicious. My first visit, but I will definitely visit again my next visit to town.
Bad service, left off a side that comes with the meal then when I told them they wanted to recharge me again.
Prices went up TREMENDOUSLY!! Online picture of the old menu is incorrect . Me and my coworkers normally spend about $50 for 4 plates . Spent almost $100 for 5 plates today. We won’t be going back there for lunch
