Food was Good, but the Big Hardee has 2, 1/4lb Patties. Mine had 1 & Fries were Cold. Not Impressed at all.
This was the first time walking into a Hardee's and seeing the manager interact with her employees and the entire team was respectful of each other.
Messed up the first time,Stated wanted one bacon beast no tomato, got charged for two, Also got one normal burger with tomato, and not the bacon beast.They were professional, and corrected the order. Will see if I got charged for two with the card I used first time go around.Be cautious double check and have patience. Today’s workers for the food industry are overworked and underpaid. Mistakes happen when ya get food to order under 10 minutes at the most.
Good food but come on hot fries always why is that a problem everywhere but chik Fila. But staff friendly most of time. It's good enough for us.
Sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 10 minutes waiting to have my order taken and then another 15 minutes waiting on my food. Nothing remotely fast about this food.
The customer service is AWFUL! I waited OVER 30minutes for 2 apple turnovers literally. They are not organized! Get it together PLEASE. You should not have to pull EVERY car!
I used to love their biscuits and gravy but this time the gravy was like white water and no sausage.They do have good burgers for lunch.
I walked into Hardees tonight and i didn't realized they closed early on the inside - the manager told me that very politely - i say this because i have been to other restaurants and they are rude and tell you that they are closing/closed in a rude manner - next my family & I went through the drive-thru where a polite young man took our order and professionally processed our payment and handed us our drinks before asking us to pull-up so he could bring the order out when it was ready - he brought the order out and the bag was very full from our order that it split - he apologized and ran back to replace the fries that had fallen to the ground - Thank You Hardees For Your Kindness & Your Excellent Service & Hospitality - Looking Forward To Visiting You Again Next Time - Be Blessed
