Portions were small. Price was alright. Service was fine. Sushi was amazing
The Customer service deserves a Zero. We went in wanted to be seated. The moment we walked in the entire staff looked at us like we were Aliens that they just seen land and got off of a space ship. No greeting nothing …I asked if we could dine in no one answered. They all just continued to look at my family that way. So I sat down and after about 7 -10 mins of no one coming to the table or acknowledging that we were there and after seeing that no one was trying to take our order we left. I did notice a wet floor sign bc the floor was super wet and it was almost 45 mins to 1 hour until time for closing so I’m not sure if they didn’t want to serve us bc of that or if it was another issue. However or whatever it was there was no excuse for the way we were treated and I will never step a foot back into that place and from the way we were treated they will never get a penny of my money. And I do mean NEVER !!!!!!
The food is always so good! Plus the atmosphere here is very cool and updated! Try the bento boxes for a deal on a n assortment of food!

The food was excellent as well as the service. Got our meals very quick and never had to wait long to get a drink refill. Only issue I had was the a/c not working. Idk if they are keeping it off to save money or if it’s not working but it was so hot inside I was breaking a sweat. If they fix this next time we visit I’ll upgrade my review to a 5/5
Food was really good. My husband the one who is not a vegetable eater was very happy with the Zucchini. I highly recommend eating here.
We loved our shared Bento Box with shrimp, veggies, rice, and more...a delicious and fast meal warmly served with kindness beyond a small language barrier.This plaza restaurant has everything we like in a meal out...spacious seating and quick, beautiful food that left us feeling healthily fed.After our day driving from Murrells Inlet, lunching with Michael's cousin and her husband followed by a stroll and talk at Swan Lake, and finding our Airbnb, we were ready to eat more than road snacks.We're glad you're offering awesome Japanese fare, Ginza Grill.Thank you.
Girls Night Out- Dinner Edition. The sushi was amazing!!!!!!! Super fresh and service was pretty fast. Our waitress was pleasent and very accommodating while we asked questions and worked through the menu. The only issue that I had with the whole experience was that they shut the restaurant down 30 mins early(9:30p on a Saturday Night) so that the workers could and be out the building by 10pm. Other than that no issues, the food was Amazing!!!!!
No surprises other than the consistant quality and preparation of the food, which is what I expect when dinning out even at a strip mall eatery. Do that and it's 3 stars the extra star is fir shrimp that was a fresh and good as on the coast. Where we just came from. I do kind of cheat in opting to order a Bento box as Bento boxes are just so generic at every Japanese resturant, fresh, hot, simple, good food. ?
The prices here are ridiculous. Two kids plate, two drinks and a sushi roll is $50. That's crazy! Will not be going back. I understand that prices have gone up but that's to much. Mon Cafe is so much cheaper and the food taste so much better.
