Ordered thru the app but after I got home found the order was not as I had ordered it, or what was clearly printed on the receipt outside the bag:*Was not lettuce wrapped as ordered,*Did not receive bacon or cheese for the bacon cheeseburger (which cost me extra),*Did not receive any mayo or mustard as ordered.Because Five Guys burgers are a good bit more expensive than most fast food burger restaurants, I also expect that the quality and service would reflect that higher price.On this visit, I certainly did not get what I paid for. Far less.My mistake was in not opening the containers and checking while still in the store, but I went on faith (lesson learned) because, to this location's credit, they had always gotten my order right.I was told when I called and spoke to an associate (was not offered the opportunity to speak with a manager) that the only thing I could do was drive back to the store (15 minutes away) and have them remake my order. For obvious reasons, I chose not to do this.I post this not to discourage others from patronizing this store, but in hopes that someone in management would take it seriously, and better train the associates to, in the future, take more care in filling orders and giving exactly what customers pay for.More than likely my conversation with the associate will end there, and not be passed on to management, so I write this to that end.Robbie
I will never ever ask anyone to go to this Five Guys ever my burger both which I paid $30.00 for two burger and medium fries which my burgers was burnt and so was my fries. Pls if you think about going to this Five guys pls don't ur going to be disappointed., never have I had this problem in V.A. Five Guys. Pls stay away. Not worth ur money. I was told this same thing but I wanted to see for myself. Not surprised. Just out thirty dollars.
It's not just a burger....it is an adventure! Who ever said money can't buy happiness has clearly never been to Five Guys Burgers and Fries....totally renovated with the addition of MILKSHAKES! A milkshake with BACON!?!?!

These guys are the best. Yummy burgers and their legendary fries will keep people coming back. I work for DD, and never have to wait long on an order. This team has got it together!
My wife and I went to Five Guys in Sumter S.C. today for lunch (December 28th 2021 at 12:45 pm) we walked in and the door and only the grill guy was there. Ok not that big of a deal but we waited 10 min for the person to come out and take our order. They didn't have any cups for the milk shakes still not a problem as we enjoy the burgers and fries often. We placed our order and took a seat to wait. When we received our order the fries were very over cooked as well as the burgers. My burgers. My wife's burger was also missing ingredients that she ordered. I seriously hope that this can me handled so the staff brings this branch up to standards as I go yo Five Guys frequently.
The Burger was soo good. I forgot to take a picture. But when I want a good burger on my way home I stop by this place where you can see your food being made and the staff is always nice and polite. The cooks are always on point. Stop by and get a burger. A real......burger.
Large variety of different foods, fast service, friendly people and low prices. Couldn't ask for more.
Well the only reason it got 2 stars was because the burgers were good and the fries were solid.BUT they messed up 6 out of 6 orders our shop placed.We averaged $14/person and they still managed to screw up a burger fries and a drink?I'd rather spend 1/3 as much and go to McDonald's.
Made an error ordering online and called to request it to be corrected, the person who answered understood exactly and made it happen! Outstanding food and service!
