As usual wonderful great amazing staff and amazing tasty food definitely better than subway haven't been to subway since introducing my family to firehouse
Ordered through the app, was told it wouldn’t be ready until 8:50 when it was ordered around 6:00. We called after the app gave a new option for pick up times at 7:30 and they said it was ready. I’m assuming someone turned off the online order option and they made our subs when we ordered it because they were soggy when we asked for the extra toasted option. We also ordered two brownies and a Mac and cheese which wasn’t in the bag. We called about it and they said they would have to wait to do a refund for the amount since their GM wasn’t in. I would have been ok with the soggy subs if our other food wasn’t missing.
Ordered a meatball sub and the meatballs were absolutely gross. The sandwich was sloppy right out of the box, and it was a complete waste of 25$. Considered calling to complain but honestly I didn’t even want a replacement order or refund, so I just trashed it. Would not recommend. Go to Sub Station 2.

I always have a great experience here. Food is prepared right and in a timy fashion, friendly service, and good prices. Food tastes great too.
This is the best Firehouse Subs that I have ever visited in the the entire Country. Very friendly and professional people. Nothing to complain about here. ?????
I order two sub came in dirty boxes and not wrap.. I will not be eating them..
1st and last time staff is not so friendly but the sandwich was great.
Great place, professional staff. The Jamaican Jerk Turkey sub was different and good.
