Nice employees but this is the second time I've waited an excessive amount of time for an online order.Today I had an online order set to be ready at 1110, so I got there early (1100). I was told to have a seat while they finish up my order. .... 40 minutes later I'm finally heading back home.
I went through the drive-thru and pulled up to the speaker and waited 5 minutes before someone took my order. I pulled up to the window to pay and waited another 5 minutes because they had to go grab change. Then I was asked to pull up and they will bring me my food (it was only one sandwich) the wait was too long so I went inside and still had to wait and when they handed me my bag there was not a receipt and bo napkins so I asked for the receipt and no one provide me it to me as I was waiting for it I was totally ignored…I waited a total of 20 minutes and was late to work..this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many…it’s always something with this store..
Today I hopped out of bed and rushed to Dunkin’ Donuts with my phone on like 2%, ordered my latte, avocado toast and pup cup. Got the total and went to move the funds from savings to checking, because that’s what I always do. On the way up to the window my phone died while trying to transfer the money over. I frantically searched for a charger in my car....couldn’t find one. I was just gonna take the pup cup because it’s free and just cut my losses and go home and maybe charge my phone and come back. But JENNIFER, YOURE A LIFESAVER . She told me don’t worry about it & took care of it. Can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond for me this morning. Dunkin’ Donuts is lucky to have such a kind and amazing employee! Thank you again, made my day! ?

Ordered avocado toast and got avacado bread. Not even toasted. Just really disappointed because i don't splurge often so it stinks this is what I got. My iced coffee was great though.
Turbo shot shot machine was down. Training a new cashier like always, so the service took a bit longer. Always seems to be some issue at this business, but since it is the only Dunkin in the area, kinda left with no choice.
This dunkin donuts sells the worst doughnuts in town. They don't deserve a star at all. Our doughnuts could have been uses for baseball practice. We'll never go to this one again in Sumter SC. It's a shame to because a a teenager I worked for dunkin doughnuts I know how good their doughnuts are to eat. Do better or hire better.
Despite being unable to prepare any specialty drinks, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope their espresso machine gets repaired soon.
Great customer service definitely is NOT on the menu at this location. The drive-through cashier made it clear that customer service is definitely NOT her thing. Experiencing her lack of courtesy was not a way to start Christmas eve morning...smh
Not even upset about the espresso machine being down for several days. I ordered a maple bacon sandwich. When I finally got home to eat, they gave me a burnt croissant and just bacon. Didn't say if they were out of eggs or cheese. Looked at my receipt, in case I ordered wrong and didn't.
