I was so impressed with this team! I called on Wednesday to put in a very large order for my son’s class. The lady I spoke with made sure I had a great deal and plenty of pizza and brownies for the whole class! She had the best attitude and great customer service! I arrived at 11:15 am on Friday and everything was ready for me to pick up. I take that back. They were just finishing up cutting the last pizza when I came in and all the pizzas and brownies were hot and ready. Everyone was super nice and helpful! Thank you so much! And the second graders enjoyed every bit of it! They said it was the best pizza they ever had!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! For the past 3 times I’ve ordered here my pizza it has been burnt. I specifically asked this time to make sure it wasn’t over cooked. Not only that, it was cold when it arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes after I’ve placed the order. I called and asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue & was hung up on. This was the final straw for me.

Last time I ordered, I waited 3 1/2 hours on a delivery with no contact or call. Attempted to call the store multiple times, spent over an hour on hold, no one answered. DROVE to the store, to be told they had to stop delivering because a manager quit. Requested the district manager contact me and never heard a thing. Took forever for the pending charge to drop off my bank. After four hours of waiting, I had to go somewhere else.Tonight I order again, at 10:47 my order goes into "prep" mode. It's now 11:22 and it still sits in "prep" mode. No update on my order, no clue if I'll even get it tonight or if I'll waste another hour or so waiting on food that will never arrive and get some canned answer about why an hour and a half wasn't enough time to make a sandwich and some cinnastix and deliver them. At least communicate with your customers - if you CAN'T DELIVER YOUR FOOD, stop taking deliveries. Or call your customers and tell them. Stop WASTING OUR TIME. Edit: Upon calling them tonight someone actually answered the phone this time and informed me that I should have received a call back because they didn't have a delivery driver for the end of the night. I don't know, but when I ran a pizza place there was an option to flag the store down for deliveries so the online portals would be disabled. Why this training knowledge isn't bestowed on the staff or why the staff isn't allowed to implement it by upper management I have no freaking idea.This Dominos needs to get its stuff together for real.This is ridiculous. Someone needs to do something about this location at a corporate level because it's obvious the management and the district manager don't give a ---- .

Waited the usual 30 mins (bake + delivery). Well, 40 mins later, I called and was told it would arrived in another 20 mins. I live 6 mins away. Don’t understand why it takes 50 mins. I watched the tracker show my pizza was in the vehicle that passed my home and sat in another area for longer than what may have been a second delivery to another address.When I called for a status, I was told the tracker isn’t accurate. It was funny to know the tracker was working just fine, after I spoke to the store clerk. I watched the driver arrive, turn by turn. It was very accurate when he pulled up, my order was marked delivered and he was then at my door seconds later.Won’t order here again. Pizza was cold. Driver didn’t not have it in a hot bag.

There have been multiple times now where I have ordered pickup and delivery both and they get cancelled without any notifications. This evening I had an order that said “getting prepped” after it sat like that for a good 20 minutes I walk in to a “sorry we’re closed” and no text, call, notification about any of it. This place needs either new management or to be closed entirely

Never once had a good experience at this location. Every single time I ordered pickup the so called tracker would tell me it was ready. When I would get to the store 10 minutes later they would always tell me it wasn't ready yet and I would have to wait an additional 30+ minutes. Tonight when I ordered delivery I was told it would be about 30 minutes. One hour and 20 minutes later we received a call and when I answered they hung up then cancelled our order and would not answer the phone when we called back. Very disappointed.

After my order was made and supposedly in route to my hotel not even 3 miles away, it took them 40 minutes to drive it to me and when I got it the order wasn't right at all!! Never again will I order anything from this place. Don't waste your time or money folks.

I usually LOVE dominos but i have never been able to happily order here, no matter how many times ive tried.This specific location has failed us on so so many occasions. Whether the food was made incorrectly, an item was missing, our delivery was almost 2 hours late and cold, them refusing to accommodate, and us having to call corportate for them refusing to refund us, etc.I highly advise against ordering here until something in management changes.

Pizza was delivered cold, talked to manager and was told next pizza free. That's fine but won't deliver it unless I spend 16.00 beside my free pizza. Lol your pizza isn't that good to drive up for even a dream one. So keep it I won't be back. Heads up everyone

This is my first time back at this location since 2015 when I last got a cheese pizza that smelled off and made me deadly sick. They would not allow me to choose delivery on the website so I had to choose carry out although they have been advertising free food at delivery. I arrived at the store and my food was not even started. After waiting an hour at the store my food was still not in the oven. I am not sure how this place manages to stay in business. I should have just stayed away and went to papa John's my normal pizza place.
