I love their chicken and their food in general but the last time I went I waited in line for 30 mins and no one was taking orders. There were no cars in front of the car waiting to place their order and we still waited 30 mins. After I finally got up there to give my order she said we only have a couple of thighs left and some beans and rice because they were closing in 10 mins. They were suppose to stay open until 10 pm and it wasn't even 8pm yet. They could have come outside and told up they were planning on closing early and they only had limited food left. That was really rude, the only reason they got 3 stars is bc the food is good if it wasn't for that they would only get 1.

I come home to visit a lot. This “chicken” place didn’t have chicken the 2 of 3 times I’ve tried to pick some up in the last month. I don’t know if they can’t get it from supply chain issues or if the workers don’t know how to cook chicken.. I don’t recommend this place if you actually want fried chicken. And then the workers there have the audacity to have an attitude when asked questions. A shame.

This place refuses to honor any Doordash orders. The worst part is the inside is not open, so you have to wait in their drive thru line, which I might add is extremely slow. Once you get to where you order and tell them you are Doordash, they act like you are invisible. Doordash support has called them, and got hung up on. Very rude staff, and it's a shame since this is the only Church's in town.

I am a huge fan of Church's Chicken, and I was excited to find one near our hotel, but this was my first disappointment with them. The chicken was bland. It had zero salt and very little flavor. On the plus side, it was fresh, the mac'n cheese was good, and that honey biscuit was heavenly. But come on, guys, to drop the ball with THE CHICKEN! White meat chicken with no salt- is something they serve to captive hospital patients. The drumstick was almost okay, but the rest, may as well been boiled!

I haven't had church's in a long time. Wasn't as good as it used to be. My chicken tenders were not fully cooked. I'll stick to Popeyes. The employees did have the drive thru line moving.

Don't even waste your time or money. Long wait, but somehow the food is still cold... And don't get me started on the attitudes.

I love their fried okra, food was hot when serve.. Staff nice.

Well, I was really excited to get some of their chicken and biscuits because I haven't been in years. Now I remember why. I ordered a 10 pc. Mixed meal w/ 2 sides and a lg. Jalapeno poppers. As long as it took I thought we were in for a treat, nice fresh ,hot chicken and etc.. Well got home, out of 10 pieces 3 were white and 2 of those were wings...it was luke warm and you could tell it had been under the lights for a bit. Now, I think fresh chicken was dropped for us when we ordered...but then about 4 more cars came up and ordered so I guess I got the short straw and got the remnants of the earlier crowd. Then to add insult to injury I only got 1 of the sides. When you live to far to go back, its pointless to call and complain. For, they're not gonna do anything but tell you to come get it...yeah right...anyway. Needless to say, I won't bother to try them again for a decent box of chicken.

Though the Chicken is good, the service isn't. And if you ask for freshly cooked food such as ocra they re drop the item already been sitting there.

The place from the outside is dirty the driveway in the place has a big dip that bottom out all small car scrapping front or rear
