Came in this evening with my husband and 4 year old daughter about 5:40 Essance that didn’t have her name tag on or face mask and Nikeme where at the register and neither of them even said hey to my family. Essance was leaned over the counter on her phone while Nikem took are order and he was fairly friendly but we found Essance to be pretty rude while she played on her phone. I had seen a commercial that advertised a movie at 6 o’clock but neither of the employees seemed to know anything about it but Essance told us that they gave out candy every hour to the kids. My little girl was looking forward to that but for the almost two hours we were there no one came around with any candy my daughter was pretty upset but a movie did come on at 6. The entire time we where there no one was sanitizing anything and that alone is reason enough to not return with are child to a public place like this that kids are playing and not a single employee cares enough to be going around and sanitizing the machines. the salad bar was way over priced although nikem did have his name tag on it was backwards so you couldn’t see his name I had to ask him for there names and I did let him know it was for a review for are exsperience.

My kid is NOT happy about the animatronics being off and soon removed. :/

Things have changed. No more coins or the thrill of getting tickets. My children were upset they didn’t get tickets. The new token cards if you get the ones with ‘time’ on them, be sure you pause it when you eat. Keep the cards too that’s where the tickets are stored. Games don’t give as much tickets anymore either. Pizza was excellent.
Fine except he had to many fleas.Not enough employees.
