A little bit inconsistent. Good during day, though staff can work on cleanliness. Came 1 hour before closing and the chipotle didn't have chicken.
My family and I have frequented this store over four times and have nothing but praise for the location. All take-out orders are on time, the staff is pleasant, and the food is always delicious. We will continue to frequent this location.
Pretty good, but they forgot my daughter's guacamole that we paid extra for. I also learned not to add the hot sauce. It actually does have a kick and they added a ton. I'll get it on the side next time.
The beef burrito was worth every penny! The hot sauces were flavourful as well. I love their meals because they are balanced and filling! Service was great and the restaurant was very clean.
Just left chipotle, and it never fails, every time I go it looks like this…. Even when managers are there! Then the rice and beans are NEVER seasoned, EVER!! So disappointing!!
Got the keto bowl and a side of queso. It was good but a little spicy. Unfortunately the resulting diarrhea and food poisoning was and is not. Haven't eaten any else all day and was fine until a few hours after eating here. I usually trust Chipotle to be a little higher quality than traditional fast food. I suppose I was mistaken at this location.
The new grilled chicken that they have is not bad at all. Definitely great flavor and taste. Everything was fresh as usual and very clean on this particular day. Chipotle is not one of my top restaurants but I wasn't disappointed on this visit.

Getting our takeout orders wrong and ingredients missing. Last two orders were not good. My wife ordered a salad last night and there was not a shred of lettuce in her bowl. Unacceptable. My burrito bowl had white, clumped rice. I ordered it with brown rice. My last two orders had hardly any chicken. This last order I think had some steak mixed in and I don’t eat red meat. Flavor is good. If you could just get the orders right.That’s kind of important to keep your customers coming back. Going back to Moe’s for now.
Ate at this location December 31 2021. Worst customer service I have ever had at a restaurant ever. Order was wrong but could have been easily fixed. When I asked for the manger she said she was and there was nothing she was going to do about the missing items. I hadn’t even left the dining area. There were only three customers there. I showed her my order and receipt and she refused to give me what I paid for, arguing she didn’t charge me. I showed here the receipt but that seemed to mean nothing. How hard could it have been to remember me when she ran the till that checked me out 60 seconds earlier? Listen everyone can have a bad day but her I don’t care attitude coupled with her death glares and over talking to the point I wasn’t allowed to even show reasonable agreements in the chargers or missing items. I don’t have time to deal with that. And I don’t think anyone should be yelled at and belittled. Only thing i can do is to not give them my patronage and to hope it goes better for any that are loyal to chipotle In Sumter sc. They have lost me as a customer. Qdoba is better and always way more friendly anyway.
