Got margaritas and the 2 for $25 dinner deal with a friend, food was excellent, waitress was great for the most part (attentive, friendly, didn't hover BUT waited awhile for the check which was annoying because we were headed to a movie afterward and worried about being late)... but overall was a great meal and the margarita was superb!
The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The manager actually was visible, walking around to check that service and food was acceptable. Really impressed because not all restaurants are sufficiently staffed or up to par these days.
Awful we waited 2 hours for our food and it was cold. I get it was Valentine's day weekend but our server crystal keep refiling my friends drink with unsweetened tea and no sweet tea. Our food was barely even warm. She never apologized for the wait or why it was taking so long. We asked for our cheesecake to be to go and she put it on a plate instead. She didn't bother to tell us the way the meal for 25 would come out to 30 dollars. She didn't ask us for any other meals or food we waited while we waited nothing. She was an awful server barely even checked on us seats were dirty and sticky so was the floor. I'm never going back again at night awful. Save your money
Chili's was just ok. They took a long time to bring the appetizer which arrived seconds before the actual entree. I was not impressed with my mango chile chicken whose portions didn't satisfy me at all.
I ordered 4 dinners curb side, the app said it would be ready by 647 pm we didn't get it 715 pm drove back home to find out we were missing a steak dinner so I had to leave my food to go back to get the missing dinner. They should have given us a coupon or something.
The server I had did nothing but run her mouth and barley attended to my needs. I had to flag other servers to attend to my needs.
My daughter and I had occasion to be in Sumter and we ate at the local Chili's. It was great! Very clean! Great service! A fab meal!! 5 Stars!
Ordered To-go online. Couldn't figure out how to add my free dessert coupon from my email, they forgot my ranch but everything was perfect as normal from this location.
Ordered food through door dash. Specifically the honey chipotle chicken crispers, fries, corn on the cob and a strawberry lemonade. The chicken was raw in the middle (which I unfortunately noticed after I ate some) So now I’m praying I don’t get sick.
The customer service was outstanding! Both the service and food was excellent. We dined in and carried out our leftovers... There was enough food for the next day
