They are always super busy. They have figured out how to manage the amount of customers that go thru the drive thru by adding cones and making 2 lanes along with staff members taking your order by coming to your car. They are always wonderful, very nice and always get my order right. It's the only place that I don't have to check my bag to see if I have everything.
Service was so so,, seems all attention has been diverted to drive thru and not to customers in the store! Fries were terrible, limp and not crispy at all
We ordered dinner using the mobile APP and picked up our meal on drive-thru. It was a LOGISTICAL NIGHTMARE!Cars were not being directed and we ended up behind two cars that waited over 20 minutes to move, yet we had been given our order. We couldn’t move and the poor teenagers needed some help from management. There were food bags and drinks being passed out the window, only to be brought back because the employee couldn’t find the car which ordered the food.Our food was completely cold when we got home — we were highly disappointed.
This was my 1st time at this particular Chik-fil-A. I stopped by to pick up my granddaughter a kid's meal for the drive back home. When I saw the fries all I could do was shake my head. The fries were cold and the nuggets were barely warm.The drive-thru is supposed to go pretty quickly so I thought. They need to make sure that if they have someone on the register that they can count or at least provide a calculator. Also, make sure they have proper change.
The drive-thru has always been on point but we had to go inside today. Service wasn't all that, and the staff was rude. Drive-thru service and dine in service are two totally different experiences. Completely turned off from ever going back.
Staff at Sumter location are not like staff at most chick-filA. They are rude and just stand outside talking. I've never been treated so poorly at any fast food place. But the kids at this location really think that because they work here it's gravy. And management is meetings they sales goal so they don't care how customers are treated. 4 times now, We won't be back. So because staff is so bad the food is not good here. It always goes back to staff. And if staff is awful everything is going to be.
I'm about to give up fastfood but this place won't be going anywhere. I absolutely love the #2 spicy deluxe with a lemonade. Customer service is always great. Only issue this time was I requested no tomatoes and still got them on the meals. Otherwise, they are the best fast food restaurants around!
Always great food and the employees are always so nice. They all seem to enjoy their job no matter how busy they are.

I love love love Chick-fil-a. The customer service is on point. They have their lines down to a science and even though the line can wrap all the way around you always get in and out really fast. High quality fast food and I cannot get enough. The point system on the app is really nice too. I have gotten 2 free meals from it which can make life a little easier when strapped for cash. Keep up the hard work, you all are awesome!!
