Placed our order after waiting at the speaker for a hot minute, said my order twice, pulled to the 1st window and as the guy repeated the order I told my bf to make sure he said a popcorn shrimp and fish dinner, which he didn't. My bf told him that is what it was supposed to be, so he walked off (leaving the window open) we heard, who i assume was the manager, asking what the price difference was, to which he replied $1 and she informed him he needed to be careful because people try that all the time. ? my bf tipped the guy 5$, which is something he does regularly even at drive thru. We get home and realize I had been given butterfly shrimp and fish, we asked for extra tartar and we got 3 packs, the food was good but it's not what I ordered. The money was definitely not an issue or I wouldn't have ordered it, the staff needs to be a little more professional or wait till the customer leaves before accusing them of trying to get a freebie.
The young lady at the counter was not welcoming and I'm sure it was because she had a rough day. The food was very good. I actually ordered more than I could eat.

Captain D's have good quality food and everything I give it 4 stars cuz I wish that battle was more smoother on the gums and everything but if it was like that it would be a five-star but is the baddest just too long and thick that's a good place to get your buns dry that cold hey that's why I gave four stars

Excellent Customer Service and drive thru was very fast!?
My giant fish sandwich was hot and fresh. The drive thru employee was friendly. The drive thru was also pretty quick. It was good for fast food seafood.
I tried to get take out at 8:45 on a Sunday website says open till 11 pulled around and some heavy set lady rudely screamed closed out the back door. Also didnt wait 2 seconds to close the door with no explanation
