Our experience tonight at Burger King was just flat out terrible! To start, upon our arrival at the E Calhoun Street location in Sumter SC We we're unsure if they were even open because all of the exterior lights were off including the menus and the lights in the parking lot. This made it difficult for us to even see the menu therefore we were not ordering exactly what we wanted to off the top. I was trying to order and after each item I ordered she would cut me off and ask if I wanted anything else. I was not given a total or told which window to go to so after sitting at the first window for several minutes someone finally waved us to the second window. Once we got to the second window she gave us our total and we paid AFTER she had slammed the window shut in my face because of a frog on the windowsill that I had to remove myself before she would reopen the window. We had to ask for onion ring sauce 3 times then when we did finding get everything we ordered and made it home we were further disappointed to find that our burgers had 1000 island dressing on them. we ordered the 2 for $10 meals with burgers but because we could not see the menu whatsoever we weren't even sure if that's the burger it's supposed to come with or not but neither my husband nor myself could eat the burgers. we also ordered two whopper melts both of which were cold and the bread was literally still white and not toasted at all. I try not to be someone who complains if I can at all help it. I worked food service for 15 years so I'm typically VERY understanding however none of the 3 of us even ate our food tonight and we were all extremely disappointed in both the food and the service! I took photos of the untoasted melts and will upload those here. All in all tho I would certainly not recommend this location to anyone! step it up Burger King
This is the absolute WORST burger King I've ever been too! Not only does the screen in drive through not show your order accurately, but the staff are as incompetent and rude as ever! I got two breakfast meals with coffee, asked for cream and sugar and got sweetener instead of sugar, one of which at least were open and spilled all over my car door controls. food wasn't even that fresh, and my biscuit was over cooked. Will never go here again.
Terrible don't fix order right and that's if they can hear you told her 5 times b4 she got it right then they made them wrong anyways!!!!!
Cashier not at window to take the order, then when i place order at take out window the key pad did not work for me to enter my pin , touch pay i had to use pin to?! Needless to say i had to scrape up 35.00 in my bag to pay for my food. Never a good experience at that location.
Will not pledge to remove highly toxic chemical in there food wrapping called PFAS also know as the forever chemical.
Ordered a meal seems as if their short of employees. Service is a little slow
Nobody beats Burger King charbroil taste which make it a one of a kind restaurant. They have a friendly staff and even when the drive thru line is long, they move pretty swiftly.
I order a drink not a cup of ice oh and the people at the window are rude and slow
Always love burger king,the food is always good , except,the meat was not fully cooked,just like warm ,if you understand..they need to turn the flame up ....
I eat here every Thursday and every Thursday the door is locked and you can’t dine in..why??..I don’t like sitting in my car to eat…
