Disappointed. This is the second trip in 2 weeks that I have tried to order the Ultimate Sampler. They were out of onion rings both times so they refused to substitute anything else and would not sell the item. That is not my fault that they are out of onion rings. They said this is the way that it is set up and they are not allowed to substitute. If this is a corporate policy it is a bad one. Any other restaurant I go to makes sure the customer is happy even if it means writing something off to make it right. I was in retail management for years and am now the director of a company. If we were out of something, we would make it right. Our waitress tonight was very nice and understanding. I was also nice to her as I don't feel this is a local, but a corporate issue. I will be back, just not happy with the last 2 experiences.

I haven't been back for over a year because service was so slow before. I attempted again. Ordered boneless wings. They were ready in just a few short minutes and was surprised. Unfortunately they were not freshly made or appetizing. This will be my last trip to BWW.
The service was excellent. The food was mediocre. Bone in wings were pretty good, but boneless and fries were only luke warm. It had a good atmosphere with a lot of TVs. It's a little pricey.
My waiter was the best. They even put one of the TVs on the Rodeo just for me....
Ordered off of Doordash but no complaints with their service because they delivered super fast. Paid $34 for 2 chicken sandwiches fries and 2 drinks. My son had no complaints about his but mine was barely a sliver of chicken and so hard I couldn't even eat it and broke my bracket to my braces trying and the "slaw" on it wasn't even mixed. It was just shredded carrots and cabbage...completely dry. Both our French fries were ice cold and rubbery.
Good customer service..our waitress was awesome. The food was good and the atmosphere was a real vibe. I will be going back.
It does help saying one star when you order your food for two and only one gets it. While the other is sitting there waiting. Might want the consider some cooking management skills. Both customers would like to eat together. Thanks Sumter Buffalo Winds for your amazing service.
Our waitress was awesome and swift but unfortunately our entire party of 5 now have food poisoning, it’s unfortunate and I’ve reached out to the establishment with no response. This is my personal experience with the franchise for the 3rd time and each time something has been off with the food.
