The employees are rude, especially when you ask them for the food you ordered. Yes, you read that correctly. The female employee rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth when I called her out for shorting my ordered.They refuse to read your order back to you and tell you the amount at the speaker box, so you have a surprise waiting for you at the window. They will try to charge you for whatever order they want.Customer service and satisfaction is NOT a priority for the staff at the Broad St location.

Cold stale food! I will never go there again! 10 bucks for a meal that was absolutely disgusting.
My last time stopping here. Employees are always sitting outside. The always Boo size your order, food cold. Employee walking around with her breast hanging out. Their Rude and it's not worth my hard earn money to be treated like this, for the 3rd time. Three times I'm out !!!!

I was watching YouTube one day and people were going on and on about these Boberry biscuits. To the point that I got up out of the bed and tired them biscuits. NEVER heard of these biscuits, but let me tell you....OH my goodness, they were NOT lying ? I'm not going back, I can see myself turning into a Boberry biscuit..???
My family and I first time in Sumter and we decided to visit this restaurant .The young lady on intercom was short and nasty with an attitude. We ordered 8 piece tailgate meal and at 8:56:31 they didn’t have but wings. They didn’t offer to drop any more chicken and we did not get out money’s worth. When we got to the drive thru the young lady I observed looked like she was pregnant and leaning her back on the counter rubbing her belly. She mentioned something was nasty and the nice young lady that took my card told her to hush. I would never eat at this place again!! Bad customer service and attitudes!! Also in a tailgate we got 8 very small wings! Check # 494769 smh
Not good place. They don't have food what I wanted-- rosted chicken. I will NOT recommend this place to anybody.
