The Indian female that works the window started yelling at me through the drive through window and slammed the window in my face after giving me the wrong order and refused to answer the door and speak with me like a reasonable adult. I called this morning and asked for a managers name or if I could leave my number and she absolutely refused. 0/10 experience and will never again in my life come here any more.
No one answers the phone! Many time you drive there during posted business hours and it's closed! Recently trying to purchase a special order cake for a celebration and they have the doors locked and want you to go through the drive through. Mind you the cake options book is bolted to the stand by the freezer. So are they going to pass the whole stand or book through the window and make everyone in line behind me wait 30-45 min for me to decide??? would have to wait for 6 cars in order to even know what the options are. Probably for them to tell me there are no ore cakes! Ridiculous operations for a major chain and on Broad Street which is always busy.
Had the most unpleasant experience at Baskin Robbins in Sumter. Isn't BR supposed to be the best....isn't an ice cream shop supposed to be a happy place...not this one. I visited on April 5 th 2022 at 1:45 in the afternoon, never to return. The woman at the window was extremely rude. She got my order wrong and then argued with me. I ordered one scoop with the BR sugar cone...she said waffle cone and I said no the BR cone like pictured on your shirt...she gave me a soft serve cone. I asked her for the correct cone and and she said she would have to throw mine away and charge me for a new cone. It was her mistake...not happy.
The Indian worker there was very rude. She closed the window before I can order..she mixed up my order and then shouted at me and gave me stale waffle cones...how unpleasant
Literally closed right when we got to the window and took the other 5 cars in front of me. Website says they close at 10pm daily and this was little after 9.
Came to Sumter to visit a relative and wanted to stop by Baskin Robbins to grab some ice cream on the road back home. However the line was wrapped around the building and only had one worker. It took about 20 minutes to get to the window to order. It’s unfair to the customers and the worker. The worker, he was polite and fixed our order correctly. It was delicious. He deserves more.
Went here to pick up a CONFIRMED order before 8 PM and the doors were locked. Went through the drive-thru and no one ever came to the window or answered the phone. It was SEVERAL cars after me. At least come to the window to let us know you're closed and DON'T accept online orders if you are!!
Went there tonight at 9:20pm. The lady was very rude and told us they were closed. Slammed the drive through window and walked away. My daughter and I love going here but that was just ridiculous.
I just left there , got ice cream for the kids and I ordered smoothie for me while they fixing my smoothie they drop the mixer lid inside the mixer , and they just want me to drink some full of Germs from the top of the led where they touching , young kids working , I just cancelled my order , paid for the kids Ice cream and left
