Food was tasty. But the nachos barely had any meat on it. I mean like 1 tbsp for an app.Was not worth the 12.00 I spent.The server was great and so was the manager.I hadn't been in a long time cause I got tired of pretty much doing it all myself or constantly going to the manager. After this experience I will be coming back. I will think I'll skip the nachos though. Oh and I don't know where they get the beer cheese but it has to much of a beer flavor.I liked it but my kids didnt.didn't.. had to eat plain cheese with the pretzels. I had to pay Xtra for that..
The hostess Lucille was amazing. So welcoming and we were pumped up for the experience. But our server, Jesse was nothing but a mess. Dirty hands and dirt under his nails. Food came out, but there was a lapse between everyone getting served. Soup came out without cheese (French onion soup with no cheese?) After we got entrees.asked for a spoon 3x and still had to go ask at the kitchen door for one. Then he handed the spoon with his fingers on the portion that touches your food (with visibly dirty hands). The whole meal was bland and a mess. Never ever ever again will I eat at any Applebee's. I already had past experiences and didn't want to come, but my Aunt really wanted it. I suggest you just go next door to Chili's.
If I could give zero stars, I would, my sister and I went to Applebee’s Saturday, we placed our order, an appetizer came with it, we waited 10 minutes before we even got to do that, waited 30 minutes for our appetizer, wings were cold, waitress took them back, those were cold, (she even feel them) we got quasidillas little to no ingredients inside, long story short, we were there 2 hours and our food was still not cook, and they were not busy. The manager went to check on our food and just came back and apologized and said they still didn’t have our food ready. This is definitely not the one lace to eat.
My family's food came out after 3 tables. Mind these 3 tables came after us. By the time we got our food everyone else was packing there to go plates. We waited an hour for our kids strawberry yogurt just to be told they're out of strawberries. The waitress was nice, but it is still no excuse for an establishment to run like this. Very disappointed.
I walked in and was told that that was the 'take out' area and that I would have to go to the front of the restaurant for a table. OK So, I went to the front and waited for someone to notice me. I saw a sign at the bar stating that it was closed, so I decided to place an order to go. I was then told that I would have to go back to the take out area and place an order. K So, I walked back to that area, was totally ignored (the place was pretty empty and sad looking). So, I left.
There is a reason this place is never busy. Not because of the food but because of the service. One word to describe this restaurant, dull. The workers act like they hate to be there, they all sat together on their phones at a table inside the bar area. Laughing and using VERY colorful language. When people would walk in the girls sitting at the table would talk about the people waiting to be seated then finally get up and take them to a table. There was 3 other tables in our section for our server. He didn’t wait on us, we waited on him. He would speed passed the table without making eye contact to complete one task at a time and was rude if you stopped him. We had to ask for everything. Can we get silverware, can we place our order, can we get some more to drink (after sitting with an empty cup for 35 minutes), we need the rest of our order, can we please get the check?? The table next to us had to go up to the bar to get the drinks he rang in because, he admitted to them, he forgot. While the food was great, it doesn’t make up for the awful service.
Our waitress was great & was working her tail off, in spite of being hassled by a table full of juvenile ingrates. Unfortunately, the food was just average... didn't look like the menu pictures at all, & the flavor was fairly disappointing for the price. Won't be revisiting.
I think my waitresses name was lulu I cant remember but she was so awesome I have not been to Applebee's in about a year cause ever time i went the food took forever and it was really never that good but this time my waitress that I got she was so attentive even though it was really busy she was super sweet very sociable the food did not take as long and was actually really good and everyone who was with me was pleased definitely going back and hope I get her again someone give that girl a raise!
I am currently sitting in here and my experience is not good. Ordered salads and the bowls were dirty. And asked for 57 sauce got bbq sauce. When I got the right sauce it was pretty much empty. And too top it off the steak was pink in the middle I asked for well,well.I eat here a lot so this is my first time being disappointed with the order and service.
45 minutes to get food, Hamburgers were set under heat lamp. Waited for fries to get done. Booth seat was full of food in the cracks. A guy working at the restaurant had his underwear hanging out. Will never eat there again. We should have taken the hint when another family walked out after sitting so long waiting for their waitress too.
