Did an online order here, arrived at 7:42pm on 7/10/22 and there is a sign that says “online order or delivery, your order is ready inside” but the front door is locked. So I called the store and they told me I had to sit in the drive thru (which was backed up to the road) to get my online order. Which by the time I get to it, it’s going to be sitting for over 10 minutes. What was the point of having a huge sign outside telling people to come in if they can’t come in? And what is the point in ordering online if I have to wait on 7 other people to order and get their food before I am able to get mine?

I ordered my meal online. It was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. I got there and the drive thru backed up outside the parking lot. I was going to go inside because the sign said online and pick up orders ready inside. The dining room was closed. A guy stuck his head out of the drive thru window and said that the dining room was closed. I explained that I needed to pick up an order, he in return said that I would have to go thru drive thru. I sat in drive thru for 45 minutes…never got my food. I called there to cancel my order…called 10 times and no one would answer the phone. I will dispute the charges with my bank. I’m sooo sick of this location. They need to close or find ppl who want to work. Ughhhhh…ridiculous!!!!

Drive-thru was very busy, however the wait was not that long. Very yummy chicken sandwich and the crinkle fries were excellent! I don't normally care for pickles, but they really seemed to bring the sandwich together. I ate inside once before and the dinning room and men's room looked pretty clean. Having worked in the fast food industry, I'm guessing management really has their act together...I'll be back for more! ?

First of all, I don’t recommend going here so if your car is piled up at the end of the road you might as well just LEAVE. Your lines are waaaaay too long. It’s ridiculous! Slow service. And slack! I’ve came here and gotten fries barley seasoning on em’. Don’t hire people who will slack off. Wings barley have sauce on them as well. I’m also receiving sickness every time I eat here. Do better. I would go to the one on azalea square people!!!!!!!

I went by this Zaxby's last yesterday afternoon and at first, I thought this place was hopping as meals seemed to be pumping out left and right just one problem; I had been standing in line for 9 minutes (I looked at my watch) before I was ever even acknowledged. Furthermore, the acknowledgement came from someone working the drive through area not the two front end workers.On a positive note, the food was hot and accurate. The facility was also clean and presentable. However, the experience will not have me rushing back anytime soon.

I don’t even know where to start. First my order was wrong tried to correct it and they still got it wrong. Wasn’t able to order my food from the menu(Drive-thru) because there Machine was broken. a girl outside took the order. And must of took it wrong. Got to the window to pay and the young lady at the window didn’t even know what I ordered. When I went inside to correct my order which they still got wrong the guys in the back was just looking around moving slow. Making the food and not paying attention to what they are doing. Your manager shouldn’t have to come out and tell u he’s still waiting on on a chicken sandwich and that he needed y’all to speed up. Food tasted like it was overcooked or left out under the warmer until someone order it. Fries were cold and hard. Couldn’t even eat it. Only thing I enjoy was my drink. Wish I could give no stars or a half of one star at least for the drink.

The general manager Calvin allowed a 30+ year old male to hit a 19 year old woman in the face. He then fires the young lady,but not the male. You don’t put your hands on someone and get away with this. This Zaxby’s is straight unprofessional. This is a sign of sexism and then tell the young lady to call her old job back and see if they will hire her back. Calvin you are a horrible example of a general manager. You need to lose your job!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would be a you deserve nothing!!!

I go to this location pretty often, but today's experience pushed me to leave a review. I went through the drive thru where Devyne took my order. I know that it can be difficult to do a repetitive job and be upbeat with every single customer, but this young man did it with ease. He was polite and efficient, which is sadly rare anymore. I pulled up to the window and was equally pleased with Kewaunee, who greeted me with a smile and respect. My order was correct, hot and fresh. I know that it can be hit or miss with any restaurant, but I'm confident that these employees MADE this a great encounter. I encourage management to hold on to these gems.

This night was a disaster. I pulled in to go through the drive through, & was flagged down by a pretty young girl who said she'd been working there 3 days. She said the drive through wasn't open for drive through only for on line order pick up. I was hungry, so I started to download their app, so I could get food, but the app itself was having problems. I never got food that night, & certainly won't be going back. The girl said the manager was inside, but that he wasn't helping her at all.

Just left Zaxby's feeling real awesome about the customer service and professionalism that Ms. Q had today at the register. It's people like her that makes a person wanna come back. And the great food as well?
