My son wanted to go here because he wanted the kid meal... if consistency is key to making people happy I'm still waiting on the consistency... One time we go we get three chicken fingers in the kids meal next time it's 2 just trying to figure things out.
Drive through was fast and efficient. Our food was correct and hot/fresh.
I would NEVER recommend this location because their manager Sierra is AWFUL!They messed up our entire order and then did not put the receipt in the bag as requested (it was a large order so I wasn’t going to search through the bag because I trusted them to give it to me) So when I called to see what my options were Sierra refused to do anything because I didn’t have a receipt. So they messed up and I lose $50!? TERRIBLE!
They have the best most fresh food out there.Always cooked so hot and fast.just love too eat here.its a little high on prices. But for me when its great food ill happily pay a little more for it!!!???
I am going to have to give them one star. I just order a salad with two extra strips but did not receive what I paid for. I took pictures. Oh how I wish I could upload.
Stopped by to pick up some dinner for the family and ordered a TON of chicken tenders and fries only to get home to find that they gave us no sauce and they also forgot to put the fries in the bag! We had no sauce in our pantry so everyone was disappointed about not having any. After spending almost 60 dollars on dinner at a fast food restaurant it would have been nice to have had the sauce and fries to go with the chicken. But I know it's my fault because I should have checked the bag before I drove off (I know this because my daughter said so lol) oh well guess it wasn't winner, winner chicken dinner for sure!!
Over an hour wait in drive thru. When we got food I was cold and they got mad cause we asked for it to be redone. They need better service peeps. Always a long wait.
Love the food. Portions change per location, but for the most part very nice Staff.
Worst service at any zaxbys and the one manager in not clean and very rude!!! Puts food on the ground then serves it… go to a different zaxbys
Oh man, when it comes to Zaxbys its hit or miss. This location is def a hit by far! We had it doordashed and it was hot and fresh.
