I was in the line for one hour. Once I got my food my order was wrong. Ugh. One hour for a Biggie Bag.
The times that I've been here.The associates are not very friendly. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor by taking your order, in a rude manner.They're always forgetting something french fries, sauce nuggets, dressing for your salad and at one time a combo meal. I gave it a third and fourth chance but I'm done.
40 mins to make it to the drive thru just to order. That’s a new personal record, typically 30 mins. Mobile ordered as well and the curbside was cancelled due to rain so we could only go through the drive thru. There must be only one person manning the entire location. Which is a good thing as that means it’s cooked fresh to order.
I had decided to be patient thinking that there was low staff and it was difficult.I was in the drive through line for 45min. I got my food and my burger was frozen. You couldn't cook my burger in 45min?If you can't operate safely you should close until your staff is trained. This is on you big Wendy's not the little guy at the window
Went here today around 6:30 pm. No line so I was happy. I have the app and had earned a free baconator and also had 2$ off coupon for ordering a combo. Got to the window and they said their scanner was not working ugggg the cashier said I could scan the code on receipt but none was found I was not happy and I questioned and I'm guessing the manager came to the window. I told her what discounts I should have gotten and she only gave me 2$ back. So my free baconator was not free. Hot home and my large tea tasted like cleaner. If you cant honor your apps then dont do it at all. Very disappointed
Slowest snail service of all “fast” food places I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried it twice. They even managed to drop my entire bag of food from the drive through window. It seems to be all young kids working which I have compassion for, but they’re very confused with no guidance or training. I don’t know why the owner of this franchise would allow such service to take place.
I normally order from the app, and pick up at the drive thru window. This time, after waiting in line, I was told that I have to come inside. Since Covid, I don't do inside, although they don't have seating, so I went in. A shelf on the counter under a mediocre lamp for heating, was a bag with my name on it. I picked it up and wondered what stopped anyone from carrying it out instead of me. The food was lukewarm and I no longer have what it takes to mobile order at Wendy's. Maybe one day, after Covid is over, I'll try again.
The burgers taste hard if you don't eat it right away. Plus, the buns taste stale. The only thing I liked were the chicken nuggets and frosty.
I had this store marked as 5 stars it's close to me and i visited often. Well I've got to say something about the store based on the past year. 1st the store must have gotten a new manager because the store appearance and cleanness has fallen dramatically the employees have such attitudes very unwelcoming and short they have time to text while my food Sat at the window for 4 and a half mins getting colder and colder I had a baked potato which was no way cooked completely and cold chili. Get it to gether or Freddy's is going to put u out of business.
I'm not sure what the disconnect is...but man I will say I have never spent so much time in a fast food drive thru line. Well, except for that time I went to the main street wendys of course.
