asked for the loaded baked potato and received the loaded baked slop and bacon wasnt chopped up you know how bacon bits are well this sure isntlooked like they chopped 3 pieces of bacon and called it a day idk anymore with this location the food here will also have u on ? to have long lines at the end of the road in the day time is really not worth it
Literally the worst run Wendy’s in the nation. You’ll run out of gas waiting in the line only to be treated rudely once you get to the window. You’d be better off killing your own cow and waiting for your cheese to cure. You’ll probably make a burger faster that way. Been here multiple times hoping for something different but it’s always the same.As someone who lives in Somerville this is usually disappointing for my city
This may well be the worst Wendy's on the face of our planet. The drive through is typically 30min or more. Tonight took the cake though. After a 30 minute wait, our food was incorrect and they refused to take it back and refund the error. They told us we would have to go back through the line and place another order to get what we wanted. Not happening and if zero stars was an option, that's what they would get.
As someone who works in food service, I understand the challenges of not being staffed. I am currently sitting in curbside parking, and have been for 30 minutes. If I had the ability at this point I would cancel my order to save everyone the headache. To add insult to injury, I have watched people in the drive thru and one person in the curbside bay who arrived after me and received their food before me. I would understand this if my order was massive, but this long for a less than $20 order? Never again.
?TRASH ...Don't waste your time energy, or money coming to this location. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 plus minutes to receive two sets cold and old fries. You promote hot fries to then give out fries that have been cooked and sitting for at least 15minutes probably longer. The bagger knew the fries were cold when they put them in the bag... they had no absolutely no heat on themDon't waste your time just drive down to the one off Jedburg . Sad a waste of time and money
This has to be the first great experience I’ve had past midnight at a fast food restaurant. Took about 7 minutes from ordering to getting my food, the lady at the window was nice. Even at 12:30am - 30 min before they close - the chicken sandwich and burger I got were absolutely bomb. Perfect temperature, fresh, and perfect topping ratios. I’ll be back here more often for sure, 10/10
Possibly the slowest drive thru with the most lethargic employees that I’ve ever seen. Whether there are 15 cars or 3 the wait time is 20 plus minutes and you have to announce yourself at the box after you are met with a sustained silence. All for the food to be mediocre at best.
Been here a couple times in the last 6 months, very slow service. First time I was in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, second time I was in the drive-thru for around 20 minutes. They are probably short staffed right now and doing their best, by just be aware if you come to this location there will be a significant wait compared to what you're used to.
Never again. My first review. Ordered online at 11 a.m. and confirmed arrival at 11:15 a.m. Dining room locked and waved to drive through. Understand staffing challenges and was patient. Waited 70 minutes in drive through - as majority of potential customers drove off. No ability to cancel mobile order. Was within three cars from drive through window when dining room opened. Announced myself at drive through and empathized with staff. Employee at window nastily said - "I'll give you an application or you can be patient." - which ended my patience as she shut the window in my face. Don't judge by appearance, but actions suggest this person has zero pride or ambition; pretty sad. Entered dining room and manager was apologetic and issued refund. Again, expressed understanding with workforce shortages, but 90 minutes for a quick lunch as kids waited was enough - too much for a chicken nugget!
You know what, those new fries are pretty good but man we waited like 45 mins in the drive thru line. The workers were fast as they could be with such a long line and still nice even tho they were working hard. Maybe try to beat the dinner rush or wait until after peak hours so you don't have to wait so long like we did
