This Wendy’s is the bomb-diggity-dog-dot-com-forward-slash AWESOME. They know my name and usual order (since I’m always here with a crew fueling up before a job), and they’re really nice and polite. Sometimes they’re a bit short handed but I’ve not once ever had anything wrong with my order and it’s always hot and delicious. These folks and everyone in that Pilot need a raise for all the traffic that comes through this place.
Says 24 hrs, and the doors are open to the public, but they're not open. Expect to hear employees screaming at each other with f-bombs, and the N word used in every statement before they realize that you've been standing there for ten minutes only to tell you they're closed. Ridiculous.
even though the store seems to be ran by teens while no managers are to be found. They ran the store perfectly. with only 4 guys and a drive thru that long and lobby line that long they did an awesome job.
I stop at this Pilot Wendy's combo every week.They handle the lunch lines very well, and they put out good that puts most McDonald's to shame.Quick friendly service everytime. And its connected to a nice truck stop gas station, so anything you want to go with your meal is in the same building.Again, it gets busy during lunch hour. But if you can handle a wait of no more than 5 minutes (almost always) then it's a good choice
Pleasantly surprised by this truck stop Wendy's! Cashier was very friendly and acknowledged us in line, food came fast and my summer strawberry salad was VERY good...more like a salad you would get at a nice restaurant but for about $5-$8 less. Everything was fresh, tasted great and was very filling. My husband enjoyed his southwest avocado salad too. Again...very pleasantly surprised!!
**Not good...the chili was dried out, and thick, the burger was maybe...a C+ at best, and the darn small coke was $2.59 by itself, and a little OVER $11.59 just for those (3) items...very disappointed ?! Dave...would roll-over in his grave, if...he knew this!
I stopped there for breakfast and went through the drive-thru then try to attendant was very polite and courteous however she must have missed me saying I wanted sausage egg and cheese because my two biscuits had zero cheese other than that it was a pretty good experience and I typically have a good experience at this particular location
The sign says 24-hour drive-thru and it's closed and even on the website it says it's open but it's closedAnd there's no construction going on at all for it to be shutting down
They were out of lettuce, a key part to the Jr bacon cheeseburger, staff was nice, and baconator fries were on point.
Although the drive-thru was a bit long, I still recieved fast and efficient service. The customer service was fantastic. The order was taken correctly. The food was fresh and it was good. The place was clean and well organized. Thanks to everyone for your hard work and friendly service.
