The food was good. Wait staff was great. The waitress realized my mom's waffle was a bit dark so had one remade.We were on a budget so shared meals. The waitress made sure each thing was on separate plates so we all could eat.Service dog friendly.
Check your orders when ordering from here. I placed an order online and let’s just say I was very disappointed in what I found in my bag. My hash brown did not have gravy, as I paid and ordered.The steaks, sirloin, looked as if it was ripped apart to be enough for my order. When I asked if I could order/pay for 2 additional steaks the waitress seemed upset. She constantly walked back and forth past me after that. I had to tell another waitress that I was missing my gravy. This is exactly why I do not tip online.
I placed my order online at 11:20 am and didn't recieve my food until 12:18pm. It was busy but there was plenty of staff on hand and it seemed as if I was getting skipped over to attend to those that were dining in. Some came in after I did and recieved their food. The server was very polite to me so I'm not blaming her per say but this was just too long to be waiting on an online order that was placed an hour ago. Today's date 5/29/2022. I most likely won't return to this location after today's experience
Our server was extremely friendly… but then forgot about us once “some” of our food was served. Our waffle didn’t show up until AFTER we were finished eating our meal. Also, our drinks were not refilled, ever, not even once. I’ve never been so thirsty.
I think server/ cook was angry. My omelette was overdone and my grits were not hit and had hard lumps in them. My husband's food was good.
Great service! The staff is absolutely wonderful and they work so hard! The food was amazing as always...no matter what time of day! Be patient and kind and understanding because they are doing the best they can!
Had a good breakfast there, but I like the staff at this Waffle House especially Megan. She's very nice and always make sure that we have everything we need.
I went today and ordered a child's kids being a waffle and bacon was missing the bacon and got the bacon Philly like sandwich on Texas toast it was burnt and was also missing my bacon the waitress is very nice very helpful I don't know what's going on with the kitchen staff got lost in the shuffle was not busy at all it was a to-go order very unhappy and dissatisfied
Poor service people outside smoking instead of cleaning tables off for people to sit. Food was cold and nasty. Coffee was cold and I finally got a refill when we was waiting on the check. Bacon was not cooked grits was cold and the hash browns. I asked for well done scrabble eggs and the egg white was not done. When asked if everything was ok and I told her about the food all I got was sorry. We will not be eating here again. Waist of time and money.
The worst!! I advise that if you decide to go to this place after all of the managers are off do NOT do online ordering!! My finance and I did and we waited for an hour to receive our food, missing a waffle. Lol, missing a waffle at waffle house. I will never use this one again.
