We visited this spot over the weekend on 4/23/22. To my surprise there were no tasting little cups. The selection to choose from was not as many as I expected but it was ok. No sugar free items either. The toppings portion was ok. I did see a customer wanting some fudge or syrup and the young lady behind the counter simply said there is no more unless if you would like me to spoon some out for you. I thought that was interesting. Then when we were done, we asked for lids and guess what sorry we don’t have any. So, I am sure we will be back because we love frozen yogurt. I am just hoping that the girl behind the counter gets help she seemed a little bit overwhelmed. I hope they stack up on supplies.

Great customer service. Good array of toppings. Love that they have yogurt and ice cream?!
I consider it extremely expensive. Got a small cone and a small bowl filled about half way and my bill was almost $14. The place is sparse, dirty and the self serve machines needed cleaning badly. Looking for a fat free, sugar free yogurt, none to be found. It tasted good, but at that price and self serve, I'll head to Sonic.

Dante turned my experience around! I had a not-so-great experience prior but I’ve now been back twice with him here and he was great both times. He checked in to make sure our visit was good and inquired of if we needed anything while here. He’s a great representation of TCBY, thank you Dante!

Hardly any good flavors
The flavors left a lot to be desired and all of the toppings seemed dried out and stale. The coconut flakes were so hard and dry. I tried a pump of the bottle labeled hot fudge but it came out in a cold chunk. I mentioned that in front of the staff that the HOT fudge was COLD and he just looked dumbfounded. As others noted the prices are getting high. Got two very small cups and it was almost $9. I had a gift card I tried using at another location that they couldn't figure out how to redeem it. It's been a while so I presented it tonight to see if they knew how to redeem it... nope. The staff was not very customer service driven. Said that it was probably expired and tried to keep the card. I didn't know a gift card had an expiration because it didnt say so on the card. And somewhere, somehow there is money on that card. I've tried 3 different locations and 3 different not great experiences. Sweet Frog is so much better: lots of diverse flavors, fresh toppings, and doesnt seem to be as expensive. We normally get 3 cups twice the size for the same price of our 2 cups at half the size. Once, twice, three strikes... I don't think I'll be going to another TCBY again.
