We have been coming to this establishment over 30 years and Bill’s workers can not get a simple order right. When you say 20 tasty burgers with cheese and 2 TASTY burgers PLAIN MEAT AND BREAD how hard is it to get that right? Then when you go in to have the order corrected the so called Manager and another co worker is pulling the cheese off and throwing it across the kitchen into a garbage can when I told them do not pull off the cheese to make the correct order. He then got belligerent threw food back at me saying there was 2 plain burgers and there is not told me to leave his establishment because I loudly corrected him and the co worker. I’ve got video of the fact they did not get the order right. The person that eats two PLAIN BURGER MEAT & BREAD IS ALLERGIC TO DAIRY Bill I will be in to talk with you about this. It’s happened on several occasions but it will be the last for our family and my family in the area is very large.
I get that people enjoy this place because it’s cheap but the price doesn’t mean you should throw customer service and employees that have actual brains out the window. After 20+ YEARS of being a LOYAL CUSTOMER here, we will NEVER GO BACK AFTER TONIGHT!! The cook couldn’t understand what a PLAIN HAMBURGER was and attempted to actually PULL OFF THE CHEESE AND OTHER TOPPINGS instead of REMAKING IT CORRECTLY!! And when they were called out on it by me and told to remake it where it’s actually PLAIN LIKE IT WAS ORDERED-THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY, AND THREW ME OUT FOR “BEING RUDE” SIMPLY BECAUSE I WANTED A PIECE OF MEAT BETWEEN TWO PIECES OF BREAD!!! Absolutely ridiculous and absolutely NOT worth it anymore!! I can’t believe I allowed my family to go back to eating here after the drunk manager that caused the employee to get hurt by spilling strawberry sauce everywhere and the owner refusing to speak to us!! NEVER AGAIN!! IF you choose to eat at this “restaurant”, make sure to check your bags. 9/10 times your order will be wrong. I PROMISE YOU THAT.
Finely service, reasonable prices, and of course, excellent treats. Burgers, fries, shakes, cones, and ice cream, of course.
My boyfriend and I love tastee freeze and decided to go there one day! We ordered one combo, 2 tastee cheeseburgers, a couple shakes, and an order of onion rings, and they said my total was $64! I thought they made a mistake, but sure enough they tried to charge me $64 at the window! I was so dumbfounded how they came up with that total! From what I added together, it should have cost no more than $25! They’re scamming people there or something! Something isn’t right about that!
They do not filter their oil from 12am-11am sometimes and disgusting and disappointed of having bugs crawl over the counter tops where food being made is unacceptable and always mess people’s orders everyday
The best dipped soft serve I have ever had..You get a big bang for your buck...I will be going there everytime I have a craving for icecream
It was a good experience with my wife and the grandkids getting quick food plus ice cream. Tables were dirty though. Tried to clean our table with someone's left behind napkins and hand sanitizer. If they aren't going to clean the tables then furnish cleaning clothe and soap.
Food was good and service was great!! They are really really quick there. The place was hopping and the staff was too!
Nice customer serice. Never an attitude, wrong order or missing item. As long as they keep the prices down and affordable I will always keep coming to Tastee Freez. Prefer them over Mcdonalds anyways.
Good priced. Great ice cream. Only improvement would be faster drive-thru. Pull people with food from the grill.
