I agree with a couple of earlier reviews. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Cars in the parking lot, so I, along with 4 other cars of people all walked to the doors to find them locked. Still ONLY SERVING DRIVE THRU WHICH TAKES FOREVER! AND THEN THE ORDER IS WRONG!! Life is back to normal, OR SHOULD BE. EVERYONE ELSE IS MOVING BEYOND THE COVID MENTALITY! You might want to consider the same, or do everyone a favor and close your doors.
Heather in the drive thru was amazing!! So polite and patient! My son in the back seat even loved her!!! ❤️ Great customer service and the best taco bell tacos I've had in a long time.
This has got to be the worst managed Taco Bell in South Carolina. If I could give it no stars I would. I'm a local Summerville resident and tonight was the last time we ever go to the one on Main Street. EVERY single time we order it's wrong. Tonight was a 45min wait in line. The bag came out looking like it was dropkicked. Got to the house and it was missing 2 orders and all 3 of my tacos were smashed. If you are any part of management you should be embarrassed.
I have seen -a marked difference in the quality of service experienced at Taco Bell. In the past, if you wanted to eat at a fast food restaurant that treated you as if they honestly appreciated you and your patronage, you had only one choice, Chic-fil-A. Thank you for joining the very small (for now) but effective team of those who value their customers.
The customer service is horrible. I've gone here about 3 times during lunch right at the time they are supposed to open (on Sundays I believe) and they always open late and greet you with an attitude. Two out of those 3 times, they claimed to be out of chicken right at the start of their day... They can never get my order right either. I gave them 3 chances and now I just avoid them all together and go elsewhere. Not worth the long wait for a wrong order and bad attitude.
The drive thru line moves pretty fast even when it's several cars deep, this seems to be a really busy location. Like 90%+ accuracy with orders, which is great for a fast food place. The new fiesta veggie burrito is actually not bad, and I really like that they've been adding more veggie options.
One of the food makers in drive thru is coughing while she is making food and has her mask pulled down below her mouth. It's extremely unsanitary as she sounds sick and my wife is pregnant. Extremely slow service as employees are just walking around and talking while my wife and I waited for 16 minutes with only one other customer in the lobby.
I have to say this has to be like one of my all-time favorite places to go not only because I absolutely love Taco Bell food but because their customer service is always excellent their speed and efficiency is top-notch. You looking for a good fast food place to go to that is fast, great food, and courteous staff this would be the place.
Best Taco Bell in the area, for sure. I mean, it's Taco Bell so of course it isn't a Michelin star experience, but it was really good for what it is. They weren't skimpy on ingredients and they did a great job with my special order. The employees were so much friendlier than most other locations locally.
Slow. Placed order through app. And the last 4 visits my order was missing items. Absolutely ridiculous. Once the informed me they did not have they threw orders of potatoes. I got 2 free taco coupons.. Other times I was missing tacos, multiple times I mussed Cinna twist, burritos. Or 5 packs of sauce for 3 combo meals
