CONSISTENTLY pretty damn perfect. They get it right more often than not and that’s ultra rare these days. Everyone there is always super polite, too! It’s easy to get on here and post the bad, but this location has it together and, honestly, I’ve been meaning to write this for months. I’ll call corporate here shortly, as well, and let them know. I ordered 6 tacos with mild sauce and Cinnabons (12 pack). Received no sauce and Cinnabon's. Tried calling for over an hour. Phone was constantly busy!
Always a good, fast experience here unlike other places nearby. I wish they didn't put so much in one bag , it usually packed full and heavy , sorry about ripping but other wise. The workers are great!
I just made the most ridiculous order of my life on a holiday weekend, and they gave meaning to the word haste. Only one slip up out of countless items and they caught it before I did. Pulled around to the front to wait for the missed party box, and barely put it in park before they were walking out with it. I may shed tears of joy. Also an A health inspection rating at Taco Bell? SIMPLY SPLENDID. DOWNRIGHT DELIGHTFUL. TOTALLY TASTY
Haven't been to a Taco Bell in years but decided since my favorite, Mexican Pizza was back I'd stop in. I'm so glad I did, I had forgotten just how good they really are. The service was good, the establishment was clean and well stocked and the food was delicious.
Friendly staff, quick drive-thru, and have never had a bad order of food. Unlike other fast food joints, they don't just sling your food into the bag, making it look more like a bag if garbage than a bag of freshly made food. Best Taco Bell I've been to.
This experience was not great. Dorchester road/ashley phosphate location has lost my business for now. My food was hot in some places and cold in others. It also tasted extremely weird. The tomatoes tasted like they were either expired or something. Hard to verbalize but it was not good. Then there was either mold or pieces of someone clothing in my food. That was hard to tell too being that it was covered and mixed into the cheese and sour cream from my nachos. To make matters worse, no one answered when I attempted to call for rectification. The phone just rang and rang. I would give no stars but if course, Google does not give that option. I will make the dorchester/old trolley location my favorite go to location.
This is not what I mean by Supreme taco with no tomatoes . And please put more than two tiny steak strips in your steak burritos .
Young male working through the drive through line sure got exactly what i needed!!!! They always get my order just the way i want it to and they’re so kind throwing extra sauce!!! It’s always a pleasure coming here when I’m looking for fine dinning!!?? ?
We got a number 1 and 2 which consisted of 3 hard shell tacos (1) and drink, 3 soft shell tacos (2) and drink. I don't like ice in my drinks so we asked for no ice in drink actually got it with no ice!!!! Usually other restaurants put ice in my drinks and we have to tell them no ice.We will come back to this Taco Bell since they get our order correct. Love this restaurant!!!!
