Always a bad experience. Every time I go here there is an issue with my order and the staff is rude. Different staff every time as well. This time they claimed they didn’t have meatballs, but come to find out they did and just didn’t want to warm them up.
Service always good. Reasonable price food always fresh.

Employees who run this place are friendly and customer service oriented. The subs are above expectations and delicious. Prices are fair and they are coupon fair. When sales are here you can buy 2 foot long subs and sometimes get the 3rd free. And they have a Subway app with rewards.
Kaitlin made my order and was swamped and the manager made her own sub and went in the seating area and sat down while this new employee (you could tell she hadn't been there long) struggled with a line of customers that were like me ticked off hard enough to get kids to do anything and the manager is leading like this. No good subway but A BIG shout out to Kaitlin your doing great girl keep it up...
Great place! They loaded up our sandwiches without us asking for more. Left a nice tip because of that.
Oatmeal raisin cookie was nasty and tasted store brought. They said it was baked fresh this morning but I doubt that very seriously. I even saw store brought cookies in a clear container by the hand washing station.
This location is one of the best around! The staff is super friendly, clean, line well stocked and the cookies are always awesome!
I placed a doordash order for pickup. Upon arrival the door was locked. I called the store to ask why the door was locked when I had a order to pick up. I was told that they decided to close early. Mind you this was at 8:25 p.m. I asked why wasn't I recognized when I tried to open the lock door. I was ignored. I asked if I could please have my food brought out to me, to which I was told I could come back to the door and get it. The young woman I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending. She had the nerve to tell me I didn't have to be smart with her. I asked basic questions that any five-year-old could have answered. There was no sign on the door and I was ignored when I had placed an order for pickup. This location sucks!
Pleasantly surprised. Customer service was great.
